Crew Meal
« on: December 01, 2019, 08:37:55 pm »
Paturo naman po how crew meal works for the below schedule sa mga darating na staff to man the event, paano kaya, kailan, and ano ang pwedeng iserve na food?

Set-up Time:
12:00Noon- 2:00PM
- Food server, Host
- Face painter
- Photobooth staff

*** Should i order lunch ba agad for them? Or I will assume na nakapaglunch na sila?

2:00PM - 4:00PM
- Photographer/Videographer
- Candy Buffet staff
- Host

*** Around 3:00PM This is where i?m thinking kasi to serve food sa mga staff from 12noon at darating pa onwards.
** Food is bunch of lunch from Shakeys? Okay na kaya?

Event: 4:00PM - 8:00PM
- ALL Dinner

*** In total nasa 15-18 persons lahat ng staff, should i include them sa buffet or order another dinner meal? And what time ko ibibigay?
** Food: Kenny Rogers or Buffet?

Clean-up: 8:00PM - 9:00PM

Thank you in advance

Usually naka stipulate sa contract ng suppliers kung pano yung meals nila. Meron kase iba na they charge an additional fee for their meals like yung sa stylist ko, hinde nako nag provide ng meals sa kanila kase may 150/pax na charge sya for her 7 staff.

I ordered food from CCME (rice, pansit, shanghai, barbecue, chicken -- individually packed) for the following:

Ice cream cart supplier
Lights and sounds technicians
HMUA (they were a team of 3)
Photographers and videographers

Yung 2 hosts ko, kasama sila sa buffet. Kung hinde nag ask ng cash allowance yung stylist ko and her team, I wouldve ordered them 2 meals kase sila yung from start to finish andon. I suggest buying food that are really filling, meaning rice and ulam kesa from fastfood.
Whatever I want, I get. If I can't, I don't stop TRYING.

^Hi sis thanks for the replies, after going through a lot of planning, I ended up giving them cash allowance nalang tapos sa party pa, since may mga food pa naman pinakuha ko nalang sila sa buffet although I noticed some of them has a baon naman.

Tama ka nga  I didn't realize kasi na pwede pala either a include sa contract or separate paluto, hindi rin naman kasi ako sinabihan ng kausap ko.

Next time siguro pag may event, magpapaluto nalanga ko ng separate na meal, kasi tingin ko mas okay yun at makakatipid, then hindi pa rin kasi maiiwasan na magbibigay pa ng cash as tip. so doble doble ang gastos.

^True sis, mado doble talaga kase especially after the party you're on a high pa lalo na pag maganda yung output ng celebration ang tendency is you give big tips. Sakit ko yan haha buti nalng hubby is a lot more logical than I am :D Pero yeah, paluto is mas tipid plus makakakain din sila ng maayos.
