Eto example from a very reliable source (aka my sister na manager sa isang multinational brand), they paid Wil Dasovich 1M for a single video featuring one specific product. During the launch of the product, invited rin si Wil and some other local YTers, and they were paid at least 200k each for a single IG post featuring that launching event.

^kaya nga si Say kahit mahina YT views for sure malaki pa rin income sa dami ng events and brands na pinopost nya sa socmed. Yun yung point nya na numbers doesnt matter for her. Hindi din naman kalakihan kita sa adsense unless siguro google preferred ka.

True, hindi malaki ang kita sa adsense. Sa branded content and events talaga sila kumikita. Swerte ni Say kasi mukhang maganda yung relationships na na-build niya sa mga brands na nakatrabaho niya so maganda yung reputation niya kaya kinukuha pa rin siya kahit hindi ganun kataas yung views niya.

Nasa social media na talaga ngayon ang pera. Imagine, post post ka lang ganyan na bayad sa'yo. Versus sa pag-aartista na kailangan mo pa magpuyat, magbayad sa manager mo and sa glam team mo, etc.

Meron kasi akong product na binebenta, may napagtanungan ako na isang Youtuber kung pwede kami mag collaborate for product review.

He has 200k plus subscribers on YT. So for sure yung mas sikat sa kanya mas mataas ang rates.

Kaya madami talagang aspiring influencers, easy money nga naman at madami ka makukuhang free stuff.

Yung business IG ko tadtad ng messages from micro influencers, almost like begging na sendan ko sila ng product for free in exchange for promotion.

Yung tingin ko may potential sinesendan ko. Pero yung mukhang trying hard ay naku pass 🙃

if that case kung mas malaki ang income sa branded content compared sa adsense how about jamill?  madalang silang bigyan ng sponsored kc nga mga upload nila puros frank na wala kang mapupulot hahahaha sorry sa mga jamill fans dyan.  bahay nila plus sasakyan sure ako milyones yun. yung plan nila sana kumuha ng 3m car ganun ganun nalang pero di nila tinuloy kc walang available sa pinas na color.

^mataas ang views ng Jamill. Sinilip ko YT nila just now and I cant believe 7M na sila! Wow! What we mean sis is sa sponsored video kasi whether may manood or wala sure na bayad ka ng 100k for example. Sa isang post sa IG may 50k ka ganun. Meanwhile sa adsense kailangan mo pa ng maraming views to earn big. Baka million views ang katumbas ng 100k.

Wow, they're earning really well! Hindi pa daily na 10-14 hours sila mag-work. I hope they also become wise with their money because their popularity won't be forever. This line of work will not earn them that money for decades.

sinilip ko yung mga medyo new videos ni elle uy. ganun pa rin, maayos naman ang gawa pero miss lagi sa peg or inspiration. like yung scandinavian air b&b, medyo fail for me. nakukulangan ako sa scandi design elements na nilagay nya tapos ang beachy pa nung blue wall. then yung minimalist master bedroom makeover for via, okay naman pero medyo uninspired lang for me.

Base sa napanood ko kay Anne Clutz and Wil Dasovich dati sabi nila most YouTubers pay taxes specifically those that work with brands. So kung gusto nila makipagwork sa mga brands, bayad talaga sila. Obviously mas malaki kita nila sa sponsorship.
Required din ata sila ng brands to pass ITR (according to ACz) before i-approve ang collaboration. So I think ang taxes nila fall sa voluntary/self employed. Ilang beses ko na rin narinig si Rei Germar about taxes nya. Siguro yung malalaking channels and mga full time YTers they pay taxes kase ang hirap kumuha ng visa kapag wala ka ITR. Panay travel pa naman sila. Naalala ko nun si Isha sinabi nya na di sya nagbabayad ng tax (way back 2017 pa ito di ko sure if nagbabayad na sya ngayon) kaya hirap na hirap sya nun kumuha ng visa pa Korea. Si Shek din if I'm not mistaken nahirapan magpavisa, kaya nagpatulong pa sya sa travel agency.
