^Sa totoo lang sis, ang daming magandang local movies. Yung Heaven's Waiting, napanood ko sa Netflix and I cried buckets. These are the kinds of movies we need, may variety in plot and theme. Hinde yung puro kabitan, utang na loob itigil na nga yan.

I love watching Filipino films but honestly, I stick to the 80s-early 2000s movies kase yun yung magagaling ang actors/actresses (Maricel S/Vilma S/Christopher DL/Aga Muhlach etc) and hinde puro pa tweetums ang alam. Ngayon kase, it's more on commercializing the industry than focusing on its artistic sense. Karamihan ng mga young celebs ngayon, hinde ko kilala kase hinde ako nanonood ng local shows.

^Ako din sis era na yan madalas na pinanonood ko sa PBO. Saka bakit ganun maski may kabitan din ang kwento ang classy pa din ng eksena ng wife saka hindi nakakainis panoorin. And sometimes mabait yung kabit nagkataon lang na kabit siya, I mean hindi nila ini-stereotype na salbahe. Yung mga kwentong kabit ngayon nakakapikon. Kapag Hilda Koronel, Dindo Fernando ang mga kasali sa movie pinanonood ko talaga.

^Oh yeah, yan si Hilda Koronel isa pa yan na gusto ko. Ibang level ang dignity and elegance that she exudes kahit bruhilda ang role nya.

^^ Gaya sa mga movies ni Anne Curtis.. 😅  may bago pala syang movie, kabit ulit sya. I remember nung movie nila ni Christine Reyes, Derek Ramsey, kabit din sya. Dami ding reactions sa movie nya ngayon. At nababash sya. Tsk sana iba namang genre.. laging hinihigh-light yung mga Kabit eh.

I think nagstart yan mga ganyan na movies ulit because of A Love Story (Maricel, Aga, Angelica) and No Other Woman. OKay pa yung 2 yon eh. Overkill na mga sumunod. Ano pa ba kulang, patayuan ng shrine ang mga kabit?

Ako din, fave ko yung mga late 70s, early 80s movies and some 90s movies.. fave ko yung mga litanya ng early 80s movies lol! Mapa comedy or drama, ibang klase mga lines. Walang sinabi mga hugot lines ngayon. For me one of the best yung movie ni charo santos, kisapmata and yung may lamok sa loob ng kulambo, pati na mga drama movies ng early 80?s tsaka bagets

napanood ko yung hello love goodbye and honestly medyo meh yung story, typical pang mmk na madrama, naghihirap para sa pamilya etc. Pero ang ganda kasi talaga ng chemistry ni kath at alden kaya feeling ko yun ang pinakang naging reason bat sobrang naging malakas yung movie.

Glorification of Mistress lagi na lang reason na dapat sumasalamin sa realidad ng movie gawa kaya ng movie about environment kahit sub plot realidad din ng life yun.

I'm not actually sure kung married nga ba si regine with ogie. kasi i remember, na-discuss namin sa class before yung case ni Ogie Alcasid, Sabi ng Supreme Court, hindi valid yung divorce nya kasi si Ogie yung nag file/nag initiate ng divorce, eh hindi naman recognised for filipino citizens yung divorce. dapat yung foreign spouse (i.e. Michelle) yung nag file ng divorce.

Hindi ko na alam kung naayos na nya yung issue na yan, kasi Ogie and Regine as well as their friends and the press refer to them naman as husband and wife...

Same with Amy Perez noon. alam ko hindi ma-grant grant yung annulment nya noon wala talagang pumasok na grounds for annulment tapos nagpaka-lukaret/funny pa sha in one of her interviews talking about annulment, nagalit Supreme Court sa kanya. Super bigatin pa naman annulment lawyer nya at the time. pero di ko din sure if finally ba na-grant na yung annulment nya.

I think naayos na nila and that could be the reason why it took them that long to get married. Parang nga may hinihintay sila noon kasi din Regine gusto na talaga magpakasal while malakas pa sana dad nya.

I agree. And sa palagay ko, hindi lang si Eileen ang ginawang "gift" at ni rape and pinatay ng grupo nila. Disgusting talaga ang family na iyan. Yung wife paiyak iyak pa, yun pala if Tulfo's article is true, sumama pala sa family driver. And bakit naging vice mayor pa yung anak niya after Sanchez was jailed? Marami pa ding taga Laguna na naniniwala sa Sanchez family?

Also, signed na pala daw yung release order which was supposed to be August 20, that is why nandoon family niya para sunduin siya. Kaso nabuking at nagalit mga tao kaya nag back out sila. Magkano kaya binayad kina Faeldon, Bato, Panelo etc? Galing ng lady judge (Harriet Demetriou). Parang nabuhay si Senator Santiago. She was offered 30 million pesos daw to render a judgement of "not guilty" and a chance for her and her family to migrate to the US but she declined. We need more people in the government like her.
