Lol, pareho tayo. Almost the same time before I found out I was preggy nag we-weights pa ako. Buti na lang at naconvince ako ni hubby na mag-PT na at tinigilan ko na yung workout at IF. 😅

mga sis, may nakita pala ako sa Lazada na parang class A siya na Comotomo feeding bottle, maganda sana reviews nya kahit class A siya na ang real difference lang from the orig is walang logo un mismong bottle...May naka experience na ba sa inyo na gumamit ng orig na Comotomo? maganda ba talaga yun?

Yes, using comotomo bottles. Ok talaga sya kasi walang nipple confusion. At first, I was afraid to bottle feed kasi gusto ko nga exclusive ang breast feeding, pero there are times na sobrang pagod ako and my hubby wanted to help out. So nagpa-bottle feed sya and ok naman kay baby. After that, ok pa rin si baby sa boobs ko when breastfeeding.

Conclusion: I recommend it talaga for breastfeeding moms who need a break kasi walang nipple confusion, hindi nirereject ni baby yung boobs ko kahit na-experience na nya mag-bottle feed.

PS: Ingat ka [textspeak!] dun sa class A kasi hindi natin alam what it?s really made of.

Yes, very important to check skincare ingredients especially when pregnant. Fan ako ng Missha Time Revolution line, I?m using the FTE and Night Repair ampoule. Pero nung preggy pa ako, I stopped using the ampoule kasi may retinol.

^yep sis gumagamit din ako ng FTE ng Missha, antagal nga lang maubos siguro kasi madalas nalilimutan ko din...I'm glad to know na mga ingredients nya swak pala...

The only thing that I removed in my beauty regimen is the use of kojic acid soaps. Other than that, same regimen pa din cus I mostly use organic stuff on my face. I alternate argan oil and rosehip oil as night moisturizer after cleansing my face.

Mga sis waiting na lang ako, 38wks and 3 days na ako. Last thursday nag contractions na ako pero nawala nung nasa ospital na ako. Nung IE ako ng doctor, di pa makapa ulo ni baby. Pinag-take na ako ng evening primrose oil caps para lumambot na cervix ko. So far puro contractions ako na malalayo ang agwat. Ireng-ire na ako

mga sis lately sobrang kati na ng tyan ko kahit naman naglalagay ako ng vit. E cream na alternate ko sa sunflower oil sa tyan...wala naman rashes so di naman PUPPP...makati lang talaga....minsan nakakamot ko tuloy...ang lakas ko na sa vit. E cream kakalagay...

^Moisturize mo lang lage sis. Makati talaga pag nagsstretch yung skin or pag dry sya. Sa first pregnancy ko, nagka PUPP ako kase ba naman nagmmix ako oil and lotion sa skin. buti naagapan ng derma

^sis twelvth_goddess, yun nga sis eh lagay lang ng lagay ng sunflower oil or vit. E cream...maski dito sa office, bilis na tuloy maubos...maski some parts of my upper thighs makati na din...minamatyagan ko nga if magkaron ng rashes pero wala naman....

saka extremely dry din yung mga arms and legs ko now...kahit naglolotion/cream naman ako..

Baka drying din soap mo sis, change mo into something gentler like Cetaphil siguro. Chaka if you use warm water to take a bath, mejo drying din yon so dpat lukewarm lang. Challenging yan for me cus my work starts at 7am and ang lamig maligo coming from an airconditioned room pero nakatulong nga yan sa pagbawas ng dryness.

Nung first trimester ko, ang skin problem ko lang was that I had too much dandruff. Super gross talaga. Pero nawala naman nung 2nd trimester onwards.

^sis twelvth_goddess, alternate ako ng Aveeno na wash at ng Dove baby wash...Tinext ko ang OB ko kung ano pwede gamot, mag cetirizine 10mg once a day daw muna ako...


saka na-notice ko lang kanina, may pagkamanas ng very, very slight ang ankles ko pagdating ko sa bahay from work...ginawa ko after ko magwash at kumain, ay nahiga ako at pinatong ko sa mga unan...nagsubside naman yun swelling...pero parang may konti pa din...

^Ako din nagkaka swelling na, usually at the end of the day pero minimal lang hinde kagaya nung sa daughter ko na migosh, parang Mrs Pillsbury ang peg ng feet ko. I always put my feet up, kahit sa office nakapatong sa isa pang chair. Mas dinamihan ko din water ko and I consistently do yoga and pilates (mga 3x a week na lang, lage ako hinihingal na) for blood circulation. I think eto yung mga nakatulong.

Mas nagsswell ako pag madame ako nakain na salty food for the day kaya mas dinadamihan ko water intake or I just try to cut down.

so far wala pa ko swelling pero feeling ko lumapad paa ko.
