For those who went to Boracay recently, did you book airport transfers or DIY lang? I read here recently na mahaba ang pila sa tryke. I'm just worried na pag dating namin dun, baka matagal kami maghintay ng tryke  and also pag pauwi na from resort to port.

ako sis magbobook ng transfers for our upcoming trip to Boracay.
Lahat ng past travels ko sa Boracay, DIY lang, but this time may kasama na kaming baby so malaking convenience mag-avail ng transfers.
Pinagiisipan ko pa san kukuha, Klook (Island Star Express), Southwest or direct transfers offered ng hotel namin.
Advantage nung direct sa hotel, they have their own speedboat at wala masyadong antayan so mas magiging mabilis.
Ang ayaw ko lang is yung return trip to Caticlan, based sa reviews sa Klook ang aga magsundo sa hotel, like 4 to 5 hrs before ng flight eh in 1hr lang nasa Caticlan Airport ka na tapos madedelay pa flight!

Nakita ko may discount pala ang students sa environmental and terminal fee, covered kaya maski foreign students basta may school id?

Puwede kaya na pag-land sa Caticlan via Klook. Siguro naman hindi sila delayed. Tapos pagbalik ng Caticlan, eh DIY na lang. Grabe yung 4 hours travel time. Ang mahal din kase ng via hotel transfer, 1,400 for RT

^ sis, 1 way transfer (either Arrival or Departure) naman yung option sa Klook, wala sila nung option na  RT na yung bibilin mong transfers. So 2 voucher ang bibilin mo if RT iaavail mo sa kanila.
Just got back from Boracay. Sa klook ako kumuha ng transfer both Arrival and Departure, 50% cheaper kasi than transfer offered ng hotel. Island Star express yung transfers provider.
Ginawa ko nung departure namin is ibang flight number ang binigay ko, yung mas late. True nga na 4-5 hours before flight ang sundo nila
Our real flight is at 11AM pero ang sinabi kong flight sa Island Star is 12:30PM , time ng sundo na binigay samin is 8AM, so totoo ngang  4.5 hours before departure ang sundo!
 8AM andun na nga sundo namin, may ibang guests na natagalan sa pagsundo. By 9:20AM nasa boarding gate na kami,  Imagine pala kung 12:30PM talaga flight namin, ang tagal namin dun sa boarding gate    Siguro kung yung totoong flight ang binigay ko , 7AM kami susunduin.
Pero hinde ko irerecommend to ah, ahahaha baka masisi nyo pa ako pag nalate kayo sa flight

Hi Sisses,

My family and I will spend Holy Week in Boracay.... Caticlan-Manila-Caticlan ang route.  I already booked our airport-hotel transfer via Klook gawa ng may 2 seniors and 1 baby kaming kasama so maigi ng wala ng iintindihing pila.  Got few questions though:

1. Pano nyo malalaman ang contact details ng driver na susundo sa inyo sa Caticlan Airport?  Sabi kasi sa Terms and Agreement if may change sa ETA, iinform ang driver within 1 hour para hindi mavoid yung voucher.  Iinform ba ko ng Klook a day before ng details ng contact person?

2. Kapag palabas na ba ng Caticlan (going back to Manila), meron pa ring terminal and airport fees?  As far as I can remember wala na yata (but medyo matagal na rin since my last Boracay visit so baka may nagbago).  Kasi kung wala, better option siguro is DIY na lang ng trike/boat/trike pabalik ng airport from hotel no?  Kasi 380 pa rin per person ang rate ng Klook for return transfer which is same ng arrival e ang arrival for sure meron talagang terminal/airport and environmental fees.

3. Any idea how much ang rate ng mga trike from Stn 2 to port? then jetty port to airport?  per trike ba ang rate o per head?

 wala ako any contact details, basta alam ko lang Island Star Express yung transfers provider sa Klook, dinala ko lang printed voucher at sinave ko lang yung contact details nila incase magka problema

Pagland mo sa Caticlan, pag exit mo makikita mo na yung tabi-tabing booth ng agencies at mga vans na nakapark, nasa dulo yung Island Star. 
Maliit lang yung arrival area, madali lang makikita, You can ask around din naman. Iveverify lang nila yung ippresent mong voucher then sakay na sa Van, nasa tapat lang din nakapark.
First come first serve lang, pag puno na yung van aalis na then sa next na yung iba. Siguro if madami kayo, solo nyo na yung van, if not mag-aantay talaga ng iba hanggang sa mapuno.
Wala na kayo babayaran both ways, inclusive na lahat sa ng binayad nyo sa Klook.

Yung departure nyo, dun tatawag at magtetext si Island Star, a day before and the day itself to confirm yung oras ng sundo nyo sa hotel.

Not sure sa price ng tryke if hanggang jetty port , basta 10php per head ang bayad sa tryke between stations.

Southwest Travel ang sa amin.. pero same same lang naman yan
Nagdadalawang isip kasi ako sa return transfer e... same amoung ng papunta e as far as I know wala ng Terminal Fee / Environment Fee kapag palabas hehe... so dapat less than 380 pa bayad hehe..

will be going to boracay on may 3, 4, 5 with my entire extended family. we are a total of 16, with 2 children.  sabi ko sagot ko isang meal (lol), san masarap magtreat? my budget is 5-7k, is that enough or over kill? will be staying sa station 2. thanks!

We will be back again this month.  As much as I want to stay at Coast for the third time. Hindi na namin kaya this year. LOL!

May nakapag travel na ba using 2GO? How was it? Hindi ba mahirap ang transfer to/from the port sa hotel? Pwede din ba mag book  sa 2go the same day kung bibiyahe to Boracay as long as may hotel booking naman.

We stayed at The District Boracay. Highly recommended. Super okay ng location and customer service nila. Yay!!!

^We stayed there last April too and wala ko masabe sa services nila. The room we had was very nice too and their spa is really great kaso lageng fully booked kase konti lang therapists nila. We stayed at Hennan Lagoon for 2 days first tapos lumipat kame sa Fistrict for the next 4 days. Mas nagustuhan ng daughter ko sa District kase it's beachfront hehe

^Sa Coast kami for two consecutive years. Kaso yung anak ko ang mahal na ng additional sa Coast. So try ko sa The District. Grabe hindi ako nagsisi. Ang sweet pa ng pa anniversary cake nila.  Medyo sad lang kasi wala sila sariling transfer. Pag uwi namin nasira yung handle noong luggage namin (nasira ni bangkero). Buti may warranty. Pero kung babalik kami no doubt sa The District ulit. Tapos yung breakfast buffet nila kahit late kami talagang consistent sa refill. Yum.

will be in boracay this end of the month. lol pero ako lang! backpackers ako. this is the first time na magtravel ako na magisa talaga, out of town, pinas. but every year naman ako nagbo-Boracay, ngayon lang ako na mag-isa talaga ako. im so excited!

We stayed in Hey Jude South Beach-station 3 mas gusto naman namin yun sobrang laidback lang then beachfront. Malayo sya sa happenings pero kayang lakarin. And true laki ng improvement ng Bora compared before. We did not regret staying here,   mas relaxing and solo pa namin and dagat kasi wala masyadong tao.

Any feedback sa Azalea Boracay? Magulo pa din ba ang breakfast buffet nila?

May nakapag travel na ba using 2GO? How was it? Hindi ba mahirap ang transfer to/from the port sa hotel? Pwede din ba mag book  sa 2go the same day kung bibiyahe to Boracay as long as may hotel booking naman.

Transfer is easier pag nag 2GO ka, since nasa isang port lang sila. I don't advise same day booking kasi baka maubusan ka.

If you want same day booking then travel, try mo mag ro-ro.  Medyo hassle and nakakapagod, but hawak mo yung departure date mo.
