Need advice for 1st Trimester

Hi Mga Momshies,

Im 11 weeks pregnant. 1st time pregnant. Im more than 34 years old. Medyo super ingat na sa pag bubuntis especially sa age. I had subchronic hemorrhage nakita during my Transvaginal ultrasound. Nag inform doctor to rest  for 1 week and inom pang pakapit ni Baby.

Question. During my 1 week of bed rest. I heard mai sss benefits daw makuha since hindi naman ako paid sa company sa mga absences ko. If anyone has any idea. Please share information and the procedure po.

Bed rest din ako for 1 and a half months during my first pregnancy back in 2015.  If wala ka ng sick leaves with pay, pwede ka mag-file ng sickness benefit sa SSS.  In my case, yung HR namin ang naglakad and nag-asikaso.  Baka pwede mong i-ask HR if they can do that for you? Magfifill up ka lang ng forms and submit ng supporting docs.

Yep, I agree with sis mysecretself. File ka ng sickness benefit then home confinement. You can talk to your OB na mag issue ng medical certificate for you sa next check up mo and adjust the date. And I think meron ding form na dapat si OB ang magfill-up. So print that before going to your next check-up. Ang alam ko, you have to file the form within 5 days from diagnosis/confinement. So paadjust mo nalang yung date ng med cert.

I think around 400 a day for 30 days yung pwede mo iclaim.


Bedrest din ako since week 6 of pregnancy, and magkaage tayo sis. hehe. Too bad nga late ko na to nalaman kaya hindi ako nakapagfile.

Thank you for the advice mga momshies. Meron ginawa yung OB ko na medical certificate. That i need to rest for 1 week and mai hemorrage ako.Pero wala dates naka lagay. I will include this for supporting documents also.
