PCOS OB/Endo/Nutritionist Referral

Hi!

I have PCOS and consulted an OB 3 months ago and she prescribed me Yaz. It's okay but not helping with weight loss. I've been reading up and I think I might be insulin resistant +maybe some thyroid problems.

Can anyone refer me to an OB / Endocrinologist / Nutritionist that specializing in PCOS reversal? I don't want to be dependent on the pills.

Preferrably in QC area, like SM North/Trinoma or Q.Ave

have you tried using essential oils? i have heard positive feedbacks about it
