Updated Salary of Driver

How much salary of your drivers without meals yet?  Since tumaas na ang minimum wage, I'm just wondering how much ang average since gusto ko din talaga mag stay driver namin ngayon.

I have a driver for my 2 kids back in Manila.

He is not staying, 5am to 5pm, OT after that.
He is earning 16k.
We are in charge of the food during working hours.
Monday to Saturday.
The salary is paid every 8th, 15th, 23rd, and 30th.

Our driver gets 650 per day plus  overtime, bonus, mandatory government benefits and financial assistance. If he works beyond dinner, i will automatically give 150 per day, up to him if he will buy or not.
