Re Gretchen/Kris fight, may history na sila accd to friends who run in the same circles. Kris has been badmouthing Gretchen for many years and it reached Gretchen. Allegedly, Gretchen couldn?t fight or confront Kris all this time because Tonyboy USED to be close to Noynoy and in fact helped Noynoy?s pres campaign. Hindi pwede awayin ni Gretchen si Kris when Tony and Noynoy were close.
Now I don?t like either Kris or Gretchen. I have criticized both many times here in the past. In this situation, for me, it?s picking between the lesser of 2 evils and for me that is Gretchen.
Si Gretchen, tacky trying hard socialite who has shown her bia*tchy side over the years. Si Kris naman, master manipulator, scheming, arrogant, power-tripper. Pareho silang may long list of enemies and scandals.
But with Gretchen, what you see is what you get. She is openly bia*tchy and nasty and tacky. Si Kris is equally bad BUT she hides her true colors behind her pa-victim, mother-of-the-year, kawawa image. The image she projects to fool the public is very different from her real character. Master manipulator of the public. But ngayon, for the first time in her life, nakahanap siya ng katapat with the Falcis brother and Gretchen. For the first time, walang takot or pakialam yung mga kaaway niya.
As a mother, what I dislike most about Kris is how she is willing to use and exploit her sons to protect her reputation and gain public sympathy. Gretchen can be accused of many things but she has never used Dominique in the selfish, cruel manner Kris has exploited her boys. Pati yung late mother niya, kayang kaya i-name drop ni Kris para palinisin yung baho niya.
As a mother to my own kids, hindi ko ma-imagine kung paano nagagawa yan ni Kris sa mga anak niya.
Yung issue with Alice Eduardo, Gretchen may seem petty but she brought up something important and very damaging - Kris has allegedly abused her family?s power and influence to help her friend Alice. Madaming scandals si Kris over the years, but they were mostly about her disastrous personal life so people forgave her. This is DIFFERENT.
Love them or hate them, the Aquinos always tried to project the image that they were unlike the Marcoses - supposedly the Aquinos were clean, incorruptible, never abused power. Yung pala si Kris mismo was acting exactly like the Marcoses. What a hypocrite. She has destroyed her family?s name and legacy.
Alice Eduardo and Small Laude have had tax issues na with the BIR over the years. In fact, meron juicy thread dito before where we talked about Small Laude?s husband being charged with tax evasion.
