Please help! Xend Woes...

So much for starting an online business... Anybody here also received a letter like this?

"...We are disheartened to have to inform you that we have very recently uncovered massive fraud in the millions. Regrettably, this was committed by numerous members of the Xend team, which included most trusted employees who were directly handling your international parcels.

The reprehensible and intolerable actions involved connivance with each other across different departments, stealing the shipping fees, altering documents and filtering information between our international providers and our HQ which resulted in shipments being held in Singapore for weeks..."

I think it's time na mag switch na lang sa Philpost. Who knows when Xend will deliver the delayed parcels... baka next year na... kapag kinatay na ko ng mga International buyers ko. Kalokohan lang ba na delayed lang yung parcels or missing na talaga?

Please can anyone tell me if Philpost is reliable when it comes to International Shipping...? Okay ba yung Registered Mail nila?

Oh my.  As in massive connivance?  How could this slip off management?s attention? Does that mean yung mga packages mo hindi na makukuha? Di ba yung mga ganyan may insurance?  Does it cover mga lapses like that?

I only tried Philpost sa incoming package. Okay naman experience ko, maayos ko naman nareceive yung item.  I only had to go to the post office.

Good luck sis.  Sana mareceive ng mga clients mo yung packages nila soon.

Oh no! Grabe to. Actually dati pa naman may problems ang Xend. Didnt know na aabot sa ganyan.

laki din ng naging problema ko diyan sa mga taga Xend. I remember one time, may dedeliver sa bahay namin tapos walang nakasulat na address namin sa gate namin, pagkuha namin ng deliver, bigla ba namang sinulatan ng Xend yung gate namin ng mismong address namin ng pentel pen, as in permanent pa man din yung ginamit, bwusit na bwusit ako sa Xend mula noon, kandahirap ako kakabura nun eh kakapintura lang ng gate namin. Ang lalaki ng lettering as in buong gate sinulatan, talaga grrrrhh!!! Itong Xend na ito, di kayo uulit sa akin eh, nakakabastos yung ginawa nyo, tao naman kayong hinarap ni walang mga aso, kung inis kayo sa trabaho nyo sana maging professional naman kayo sa recipient nyo.
