Had it done 10 years ago.  It cost me  40K.  My doctor was Dr Florencio Lucero... He is quite expensive compare to other doctors... But I would recommend my plastic surgeon now, Dr Edwin Del Rosario.  He holds clinic in Beverly Hills Medical Clinic in Makati.  Google his contact #s.  He doesn't charge for consultation.  He's a plastic surgeon.  Very nice to talk to & has long years of experience.
