Hi, I am 23 years old with min. Income and investment.. While reading some forums and blogs I decided to start na my retiring savings using pag- ibig MP2. As of now I was thinking on investing in bonds or UITF does it worth it po ba? Or there are other options pa po for 5k to 10k start up?

Try peer to peer lending or crowdfunding like fundko, cropital or farmon. I started this week lang din with fundko and cropital although farmon looks promising also - registered with farmon but haven't tried buying any slots yet.

I started with 5k capital with fundko and 5k capital with cropital, I know it's not much but hopefully I can see some earnings from those

My family invested in FarmOn (OK naman) and FundKo (not good return). Sa FundKo madaming borrower and nagdefault.

If you are working na meron ka na sigurong Pag-IBIG (for buying a house in the future). Why not get higher return through Modified Pag-IBIG Program or MP2.

How's the returns on MP2? Kasi low performers mga stocks ngayon... I was looking for a pooled franchise investment - I saw one for Potato Corner somewhere dati pero wala na ngayon. Does anyone know where we can find more pooled franchises where investors can fund, and someone oversees/manages the operations (ala Farmon)?
