Sonohysterogram

Hi Everyone,

Ask ko lang if sino naka experience nito? My OB required me to do this.I had normal tvs and blood test but ito nag request din yung OB ko sa sonohysterogram, yung mai parang tubig ilalagay sa uterus. Pls correct me if Im wrong.  Sabi nila masakit daw. I hope meron dito makaka share ng experience.

By the way hindi po ako pregnant  But I wan't to get pregnant na.

^ Hi! I did this back in 2010 or 2011 I think. Saline will be injected to your uterus all the way to your fallopian tubes as well then ultrasound guided. Sisilipin if you have blocked tubes or what not. Yes masakit sya. Don't wanna go back there again. I was so close to blocking out. Seriously. Or I'm just a sissy.  oh well. LOL.

I think I took this test before.  Dito nalaman na may blockage both fallopian tubes ko.  Sabi ng doctor, tina-try din i-unblock yung tubes (kung nakitang sarado nga) pero di kinaya.  Yup, masakit sya lalo kung may blockage kaya sabi dati ng doctor ko me anesthesia yung sa akin.  Oo, mapapamahal pa sya ng konti because of this pero at least yun yung totoong state ng tubes mo.  Kung wala kasing anesthesia, at me masakit, may chance na magsara temporarily  yung tubes mo, and so mali na yung result ng hsg mo.

Hi Sissies,

Na try ko na last week. nag pain reliever ako before the procedure akala ko mild cramps lang but i was wrong. na pain was intense. kahit na mga few minutes lang  yun procedure. Nag ask ako sa status ko and the OB sonologist and she said Ok daw ako.  matipid yung answer nya. hehe.  But happy ako sa news. need ko pa rin punta sa OB ko for proper interpretation.

Congrats! At least out na yung reason na blocked fallopian tubes sa reasons.

Oh, I didn't realize na painful pala ito.

Mine wasn't too painful - medyo lang. I was also advised to take pain reliever (mefenamic) before undergoing this procedure.
