Thank you sa replies, sis. worried kasi ako na baka sobrang tapang nung chemicals. ang tagal ko na rin di nagpa mani-pedi kasi yun nga advice sakin na wag muna pumunta sa salon

Gusto ko din magpagupit pero nagwoworry din ako sa chemicals. Balak ko is pumunta sa pagbukas ng salon para wala pa masyado customers.

Hi mga sis scheduled for CAS na ako deadline ko hanggang 1st week lang ng december, sa mga tapos na how much yung naging CAS nyo? wala ako idea kasi sa 1st baby ko pelvic ultrasound lang pinagawa ko hehe. .and kung may mai-sasuggest kayo na affordable yet maganda naman, throw your suggestion please.

^ Had mine at Hi-Precision. 2.5k ang 2D CAS nila. Standard naman ang price nila for Metro Manila area. Sa mga province medyo mas mataas ng onti.

Hi. I'm on my 37th week and 5th day of my pregnancy. Due date is on January 4. Super lapit na and I'm so excited to see our baby. This is my second baby and medyo nahirapan talaga ako compared to my first. Share ko lang yung prenatal vitamins ko. Maybe it might help others too. I am taking the Usana pregnancy vitamins package. Prenatal vitamins and minerals, fish oil, magnesium calcium and vitamin c. On my fifth month kasi, I had pre-term labor and na-confine ako for 2 days sa hospital kaya nag-research talaga ako kung anong magandang prenatal supplements. I was also planning to do water birth kaya dapat healthy ako for the rest of my term. I consulted my OB before I purchased the supplements and she agreed to it. When I started taking the supplements, the contractions were lessened and I was able to go back to work after one month bed rest. Hindi na din ako nag-constipate and I was able to sleep better. Feeling ko din lumakas si baby kasi ang likot super. And the best part is, hindi ako tumaba and hindi ako na-manas. The supplements are a bit pricey but its definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

Hi! For those who've switched OB during their last trimester, did you tell your 1st OB that you'll no longer see them? Or did you just ditch your succeeding follow up check ups?
