Type of Insurace for Children

Please share what is the best type of insurance for kids?

Purpose: College fund, Investment like when they reach certain age pwede na nila gamitin to start a business or whatever they want, or wag naman sanang itulot ng Diyos pero pag nagkasakit sila.

For my kids i got Sunlife maxiprime(VUL) and Sun Fit and Well(health plan)
For the VUL minimum lang ang coverage pero tinaasan ko yung excess premium(eto yung mapupunta sa investment) this way I make sure na meron akong education fund for them or kaya can serve as pamana ko sa kanila once na magasawa na atleast hindi na sila mahihirapan magsimula ng family, actually sobra2 pa nga kasi as per target investment is more than 2M upon age 20 and almost 35M at age 65(if they decide not to widraw and continue the policy). Yung fit and well naman is long term health insurance kasi with my job expi hindi naman everytime maganda yung HMO ng company, saka until age 100 din to so if ever dumating yung time na wala na sila work at need nghosp fund meron na silang mahuhugutan.

Hi sis yung pinagawa ko kasi proposal is based sa budget ko. so i told my agent na budget ko is 2500/month for each policy then sinabi ko lang na minimum insurance coverage and more on investment. so ayun yung mga coverage dun na siya nibase sa budget ko.

ilang years to pay ang 2500/monthly?

6 yrs sis pede na magpremium holiday, meaning pede na hindi magbayad basta enough na yung fund to support the premium. originally kasi proposal niya is aprox 1k/month for 15 yrs, kaya pinataasan ko lang yung part na mapupunta sa investment para lumaki agad yung kita.

I was offered the Wealth Secure equity from Insular for my 2 year old.. About to meet the agent pa lang next week. Yung proposal nya is 10k per annum lang for 10 years.

Hi sisses. Nag push through na kami sa wealth secure ni insular. 1M yung sum insured + 1M rin na disease rider. Promo lang pala ito, not sure until when, but regular price daw is 20k per year. Promo price is 10k per year.

First insurance to ng 2 yr old daughter ko and I plan on getting at least 2 more for her pero sa ibang provider naman.

natry niyo na ba magpagawa rin ng proposal sa other insurance company, i think kasi yung promotion is not really promotion, insurance price naman kasi is standard across all companies. ako din kasi before ako kumuha nuon is nagpagawa rin ako sa sunlife, prulife and manulife, same lang din yung mga kinalabasan so what i did is to base my decision na lang sa history and performace ng company to be sure specialy for our kid's insurance and tagal bago lumaki ng investment part niya dahil nga maliit yung premium na binabayaran. yung sunlife ng 4yr old ko kasi 11k annual din talaga, its just that I added additional payment that will go directly sa investment part. below yung top companies for reference in order:

^yup that's true, yung sa investment part talaga yung need idagdag if gusto mo maggrow ng mas malaki yung money. same rin naman yung sa insular pwede kang magdagdag. the promotion is for the death benefit na 1M.
