^wow, galing! april 30 ako, sis. mukhang tayo pinaka-active sa mga babies group.  tropang tamad pa tayo ng lagay na 'to.

good morning mga sis. nag start na ako mag prune sa diet kasi grabe constipation ko. mag trans ultrasound na ako this weekend. im a bit fearful kasi during last pregnancy ko, when nag pa trans ultrasound ako, dun nakita na wala man bata, blighted ovum pala. praying really hard na ok ang pregnancy na ito.

  should i be worried kasi lately lagi sumasakit ang puson ko.. kakaubo at sneeze di na naalis un sipon ko.. sagabi naman after ko umuwi nag nenebulizer ako dahil sa hika ko.

^nagpacheckup ka na sis? baka nastress lang muscles mo because of sneezing pero better if pareseta ka na ng gamot to manage your asthma. ako im taking seretide daily. maintenance ko na sya for 3 yrs. so far, d na gaya ng dati ang asthma ko.

^ventolin inhaler and nebules lang gamit ko.. but pag nag nenebulizer ako nilalagyan ko pa ng NSS.. Sabi naman ng OB ko okay naman both continue ko kahit buntis..  super tired lang siguro ako from work tapos eto may ubo pa.. un gamot sa ubo un siguro ipapaconsult ko kasi takot ako uminom  OTC meds for ubo

@littlekinselle -  naka-montelaukast ako sis na 10mg for two weeks, tapos niresetahan ako ng Salmeflo (Salmeterol + Fluticasone propionate) Nakalagay ay Anti-asthma. na-relieve ang hingal ko sa gabi at yung ubo ko. ang hindi maalis ay yung plema ko na malagkit pero clear na nagpapaubo sa akin at nagpapasuka

@chiqmom - nabasa ko na kapag mahirap ang first tri, ang iisipin mo ay healthy si baby. yan din iniisip ko. na may baby sa tiyan ko at okay lang siya. okay ang pregnancy na ito!

Mga mommies, baka naman may ma-irecommend kayo na yaya. Ayaw ko naman mag-agency kasi hindi kami kayamanan. minsan maarte na mga katulong ngayon eh. ang requirement eh wifi hehe

I have a friend who experienced yang blighted ovum twice. She did some tests and found out after that she has APAS. Now she is pregnant again, halos sabay kami (ahead lang ako by a few weeks) and she is taking meds for her condition.

Hello mommies!  Hope you are all well.  I will have to stop here.  Too soon, but my LO in my tummy is gone.  Some of you might have read my posts sa fb group,  aftsr 2 days from ER,  I went back yesterday morning  sa ER, same concern pa din kahit naka2days na ako ngtake ng pampakapit. My stay in the ER was the longest I had compared sa dati.  uTZ,  done and unfortunately hindi na makita pulso ni baby.  Na zoom and everything they could  to detect his pulsation using the UTZ, wala talaga. Yung bahay bata nya was malaki compared kay baby na anliit.  Supposdly 11wks kahapon pero nasilip ko sa utz baby's size was 9wks lang so imagjn [textspeak!] laki ng bahay bata nya sa size nya.

Admitted and sent up to my room with IV (nakaoxytocin) around 4pm na. Did not feel anything but on bedrest pa din.  Sent down to the Delivery room around 8pm para lgyan ng gamot sa loob ko down there, back to my room and yung pain started  until i felt the this excruciating labor pain. After that gush of fluid came out,  they sedated me and slept.

7am today,  baby was removed. Very sad dahil tagal ko hinintay to for kuya na makakalaro nya. BUT I know God has plans for us.  Sweet baby too,  last night during moaning in pain dahil humihilB na tlaga-- hubby saw 2 hearts shaped ( fluid na lumabas down there na natuyo) sa blanket na gamit ko.  Lumakas loob ko,  sabi ng hubby ko naglalambing little one namin and gave us one each na puso.  Prob his/her way to say love you and I'm happy up there...

Baka pauwiin n din ako bukas,   I get to bring her/him home.

Hello mga sis!!! Im 1.5 weeks delayed and positive ako sa pt!! I went to an ob at makati med yesterday and she prescribed me to take folic acid 5mg. Im also taking another supplement na merong 1mg folic acid content. Hindi eto prescribed recommended [textspeak!] ng ate ng partner ko kasi ilang beses na cyang nagkaanak anf eto daw tinitake nya. Is 6mg folic acid a day alright for early pregnancy?
Next week sched ko ng transv ultrasound.😊

Hi sis @mgvaa, thanks..yeah, i'll try yakult and yogurt na [textspeak!]. ngtry din ako cranberry juice kaso hndi ko type ang lasa, para akong nainom ng gamot..but i think s vit.C, no problem ako with that, lagi ako nakain ng fruits. salamat ng mdami.

sis @iammichelle, thanks sa effort mo na i-compile lahat ng EDD natin, I appreciate it..

sorry to hear about that, sis splendid. virtual hugs for you. may baby angel ka na...

congrats, hearttoheart! actually, 800 mcg folic ko. yung sa healthy options lang and ob okay'd it naman. ask mo na rin lang si ob sa next checkup para sure. pero balak ko stop na sa nov. 1, moving on to obimin and calciumade na ako. pwede ko pa rin naman icontinue kaya lang ayoko rin ng masyadong maraming iniinom.

sis @iammechelle, bilang tamad, wala akong ginawang kakaiba sa skin care regimen. haha. minsan nga tamad pa akong magmakeup dito sa office, lipstick lang.

btw, meron ba ditong nagfly while pregnant before? uwi kami ng legazpi sa long weekend. cleared naman ako ni ob to fly pero di nya ako binigyan ng med cert kasi bawal silang magantedate something so babalik ako nearer the date kung gusto ko talaga. another option naman is to just not declare it since 14 weeks pa lang and di masyado halata. checked cebu pac's website, parang 34 weeks above ang required ng med cert at passenger handling form lang kelangan. pero kinakabahan pa rin ako ng slight baka bigla akong ireject if wala ako dala.

@iammechelle  human nature facial wash and nivea micellair toner lang then VMV Hypoallergenic moisturizer. I stop putting may whitening ingr. lalo na  may parabens.



anyone here na kaka exprience ng drying of eyes?
bukas naman ako mag papa check-up dahil may dry cough ako then dry eyes ko super itchy.. weird di ko ito na exp. before sa first born ko.

natawa na naman ako sa tamad. Actually sis, tamad rin naman ako. pero parang mas gusto ko nga mag hilamos sa gabi. nag stop ako mag make-up at mag lipstick kasi grabe mga dry skin at lips ko. thank you sis littlekinselle,  try ko nga yan VMV Hypoallergenic moisturizer.

eh sa tiyan, may pinapahid na kayo? pansin ko rin, ang bilis mag dry ng legs ko at tiyan. ang kati lalo na sa gabi.

ano pala shampoo ninyo? lately, naiinis ako sa lahat ng shina-shampoo ko.  iba na ang amoy sa hapon eh, gusto ko yung mabango pa rin pag hapon.

ang weird lang at arte ko ngayon. di ako ganito sa past pregnancies ko. Actually mga sis, may nakapansin na kumikintab ang buhok ko. pinagupitan ko kagaad mga sis. gaya gaya lang kay marian rivera ;-)
