Help! Business Permit Questions and Experienced

Hi! Hope everyone has a little time to answer few of my questions and experiences
narin sana TIA!!! lol. So I'm planning to put up a juicing kiosk bar business hopefully and the target opening date would be on Sept 10th after ng ghost month daw haha. (fingerscross)
Anyway
1. I have found a nice cornered bldg kaso the parking is so limited and daanan sya ng all types of vehicles, it will cause traffic kapag huminto obviously and its 25k monthly probably 8-10 or 12sqm. Im still hesitant to get the space thinking rent is 25k, electricity is owned meter lets say 5k monthly, staff of 2 is 18200 and stocks of 20k to 30k with my 65php - 100php product since its pure. do you guys think na kaya yun? my projected income sana is 25k-30k (ambitious)
2. What should I put to my letter of intent since this would be my very 1st biz wala pang Business Name or OK lang na walang BN indicated sa letter?
3. Can I just make up names sa letter of intent while waiting for the bldg owner approval?
4. or Can I register sa DTI kahit na wala pang place??

kailangan mo ata iproject ito ng maayos sa excel file and also do some research on this Juice Bar Kiosk Business - like anung expenses kailangan mo etc. i do hope na you have calculated this already. My business is into Juice Smoothie den pero Franchise siya so may system kami na sinusunod from the Franchised Company and madaming considerations sa accounting part ng business

Letter of intent to the Building Owner? you can google them and copy a template change the info. ganun ang  ginawa ko.

3. Can I just make up names sa letter of intent while waiting for the bldg owner approval?

i suggest, decide on the BN before doing the letter of intent kasi nasa record na ni Building Owner yung LOI mo and if magbago ka ng BN anung sasabihin mo Building Owner? practice lang yung nauna?

4. or Can I register sa DTI kahit na wala pang place??  Yes, better get registered with DTI first either as Single Prop or Corp. Google the requirements and Steps on how to do it. Madali lang ito, ito ang pinakamadali sa lahat ng ipaprocess mo saka mas legit kung may DTI ka, mas madali makipagtransact kasi legit business ka na
