Had an interesting and creepy (in a good way) experience with Cesar. I had a previous set of sessions with him (a reading and a ritual to remove some negative stuff) a while back (end of August).  Out of the blue, on the first week of September he sends me an Sims. "Nangangamusta". After I replied that I was okay and I asked why he was suddenly texting out of the blue, he never replied.

Fast forward to this past Sunday. Had a follow-on session with me. He said his mobile phone had been damaged (battery and charger) and he wasn't able to respond that time. And he told me exactly why he was messaging. He said that he dreamed that I and a close friend of mine were embroiled in an argument that week and wanted to know how I was.

I mentioned it was creepy in a good way because I did have an argument with a close friend two days prior. But I never told anyone, not the least him. And my friend does not subscribe to readers and does not know Cesar.

Thought I should share this. I don't really post. I have met multiple readers using the recommendations here on this forum. He's really something else.

That's good to know.  But how about your reading session with him?  Was it spot on?

For me, yes. And the fact that he actually brought up that event even though it was impossible for him to know,  given the set of circumstances I and my friend are in, simply validated (at least for my own personal experiences) his gift.

Follow-up questions.  Was your reading session with him face-to-face or through Skype? Did you request for the ritual or did he offer it?  How much did you pay for the reading and ritual?  Thank you.

Face-to-face in my place. He came late (stuck in bad traffic) but mentioned that by hook or by crook he would meet me that night. He later revealed that he is compelled to keep his appointments and that he meets with difficulty if he refuses a request or alters the expected date of an appointment. His explanation is that due to his accepting of the responsibility of his "gift" he is compelled to use it for the benefit of others.

I requested it a couple of times before he actually agreed to it. As in I had to ask at least four times before he said he has a ritual. His rituals are non-karmic (meaning if someone had done or thought of ill against you, it will not rebound to them but rather will dissipate).

Reading is P500.

He did the ritual in my place so I saw what was bought, and the ritual also involved my participation over a period of time so the materials bought was left at my place for me to continue the same.

He never asked for payment for his own efforts and he said that he's not the type to set a price for his efforts but I gave him something for his efforts.

I figured from the materials that he bought for me it was more a combination of his commuting expense to get to the place to buy the materials (which he disclosed at the start) and the cost of the materials itself (which are still not fully consumed and are still in my possession).

Cesar seems to be genuinely gifted and not yet corrupted by the commercialism, misplaced arrogance, and the manipulative tendency  of some of the FTs that have been featured on this forum.  If circumstances allow, I'd love to have a reading session with him.

I had a chance to speak with him via Skype.  It was a short conversation, the getting-to-know-you type.  Perhaps I was hard on him because when I asked him what he thought was my concern and he guessed it wrong, I got mildly disappointed and lost interest in having a reading with him.  I think I should reconsider it.  There might have been several factors at play why it was a miss.

My speculation. If you are doing a distance reading it requires the reader using up a lot of his/her own energies to tap into you. If that reader is bogged down by his/her own personal concerns then energies may be low and connections may be bad.

That is why  I really prefer face-to-face readings.  You touch the card and imbue it with your own energies. Then the reader uses up a minimal amount of his/her own energies to receive the impressions about past/present/possible future through the cards and the energies you imparted in them.

And Cesar really has a bit of an issue communication wise. He is not eloquent of speech. It's not a criticism of him, it is just what it is. So for me, when things were unclear I just asked. Again and again until things were clear.

You say you've met multiple readers.  Can you please confirm if Emma, Mia,  Psychic Dalia, and Madam Chantal were among them?

Emma, yes. Around July 2017. She's pretty spot on, but being as the reading was done via Viber (messaging and not calls), it just left me unsatisfied personally as I found some difficulty with asking follow-up questions for clarity. It's a personal preference for me, to be able to have a face-to-face conversation with someone and to clarify issues raised. I kinda felt I was limited to a fixed number of questions given to me and not enough elbow room to ask more questions regarding the same topic. It could be my own impression only and she might have been open to numerous follow-on questions.

Mia, yes. She's more a life coach for me. I guess it's a difference in styles. She was focusing on generalities and not enough on certain specifics that I wanted clarity on. When I say she seemed like more of a life coach, it's because when I asked a question like "when do you think this will occur?" the answer I got was "You have to clear some negativity/blockages/change your mental mindset..."  Again, chalk it off to style difference or a difference in what I needed versus what was given to me. This was way back in July 2016 in Cubao in the Farmers Market area in a coffee shop.

They're both pretty pleasant to talk to though (whether Viber messaging or face-to-face).

I've never met/spoken to Dalia or Chantal.

He's not Cielo. I've met Cielo.

Cielo is tall-ish (around 5'7"-5'8"), fair skinned, heavy build, mid to late 20's and single.

Cesar is shorter (5'4"-5'5"), moreno, thin and a family man (met his two kids since he was taking them home to Cavite from their grandparents in Bulacan that Sunday that I met Cesar again).

Madame, ang tip ko sayo, don't wear your heart out on your sleeves kapag nagpa reading ka face to  face.  In other words, don't show much emotion, lalo na yung fear, worry.  Cool ka lang.  Let the FT do more of the talking, not you.  Kahit na kinakabahan ka, pretend na hindi ka kinakabahan.  May mga FTs kasi nag cold-reading.  They read in response to the emotion you show them and the info you give them. 

Pipay is an FT na based sa QC.  I haven't tried her yet, though.

nameet ko na si Cesar, and I could say he's quite good. not very good, kasi meron mga misses sa specific details, pero may mga tumama din naman. yung ibang future readings nya, medyo vague, and kind of generic na tipong gusto mo marinig, pero bilib ako when he told me some specific personal things that only my closest friends would know. sinabi din nya na malaki problema ko sa asawa ko, which is true, and sinabi nya pagod na daw ako, which again, is true. medyo spot on sya sa mga ganun, and I felt sulit naman the 500 I paid.

Finally, pagkatapos ng ilang buwan na paglurk dito sa thread na to, nagtry din ako. Tried si Kuya Cesar, as recommended by a few sisses here. May hits and misses, more hits naman than misses, to be fair. May mga bagay na very vague, pero ang nakakabilib sa kanya is unang sentence pa lang, gets na nya yung major issue/concern ko about my personal life (relationship). Natumbok nya. Medyo odd lang though kasi sinabi nya na meron daw pinagawa yung isang babae kay partner, a few years ago. Di ko alam if this is true, pero may possibility naman, kasi yung ex nya psychotic eh. He also said meron may balak sa akin, though medyo in doubt ako dito, kasi I'm pretty much a people pleaser. Unless of course, si psychotic ex ulit ito. All in all, okay naman. I would rate him an 8 out of 10. May isa syang taong sinabi sakin na umaaligid daw, na nasabi na ng isang FT from the province that I met last year. Same din sila sinabi about sa business advice. Sulit naman 500 sa kanya, mag 1 hour din kami and di naman sya nagbilang kung nakailang tanong nako. Meron ako mga inulit for clarification, and di naman sya nagreklamo. Very down to earth also.

na try ko rin si Gurmeet and indian na FT. so far mas madaming magaling na FT sa biddy Tarot kaysa sa kanya. even si Mabel and Mia are better sa price ng 500pesos lang. even si Mary Rose dati ang layo pa i compare mo sa mga bagong FT ngayon.

ang payo ko lang mga Sis wag tayo magpaliko sa mga FT na pagka mahalmahal pero ginagawang negosyo pala ang pagiging FT. malalaman mo sa mga sinababi niya  or mga tinatanong nila, kung ilan kayo magpapahula at mas maganda pag madami para hindi sayang ang lakad niya.

may mga FT na hindi manloloko sisiguraduhin nila na nabigyan ka ng linaw kahit 500peso or mas mababa pa ang bayad mo, hindi ka inoorasan sa pagappointment mo sa kanya. at hindi rin sila nag mamadali na dahil may susunod pang naka appointment daw.
