We can all agree to disagree. I've said i before and I will say it again. My opinion may be an unpopular one among this crowd but I stand by it and I respect your views. I can not bring myself to conclude anything because I am NOT ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN WHAT THE TRUTH IS. And I will never know.

We can all interpret events the way we see it. I respect your opinions but I do not share them. Carry on. This topic is now old news. All I can say is, in this thread, so much conclusions are drawn and alam na lahat. We don't know this for a fact. We can deduce it, but not conclude it. My SIL knew she was pregnant in a month. Also xavi could have been a preemie. My whole point is that people are so quick to judge and to assume toward the idea they want to believe in and will find all evidence to support what they believe in turning a blind eye on other possibilities. The difference in my view is that I do not want to dis-count all other possibilities. The annulment process went SO UNUSUALLY QUICK. Makes one wonder -- why!? Perhaps No resistance, and they were in agreement on what grounds to use?

Also I never said it was okay for Liz to air her laundry. In fact I also said it is in bad taste. But all the other speculations here are just hearsay and inconclusive.

funny thing is even if I have the same opinion that Liz seems to have crossed the line and in bad taste aired dirty laundry instead of shutting up, But you guys keep nitpicking on other stuff I said, maybe because I called out some for saying tacky and unnecessary things and insults minimizing  the professional achievements of someone they dislike.

We can all dislike her but no point in bashing her (Kaya nga nag permanent ban Ang mods dito for bashing, it's not because of differing opinions it's because of personally attacking someone you personally do not know).
Yun ngang original wife doesn't say bad things about her -- nor did she call her kabayo or walwal queen -- exemplary of class so Ging. Tayo pa na Hindi Naman involved?

We don't have to share the same opinions and no one should take them personally, but always speak kindly even when you are hiding behind a monitor. It's enough to say she's a homewrecker (describing her actions) but kabayo, no IQ, no career? I mean that's just derogatory and unnecessary.

Also, kabit is used for women only (mistress, adulteress, slut, whore are the official translations). I wasn't going technical. I just hate that women want to degrade other women so much.

And re: kabit, maybe you're right, I don't know the technical translation, but I definitely hear people using kabit kahit lalake or babae, basta pumatol sa may asawa.

Georgina's issue was with Shirley Kuan, not a modelling agency.

All the "IT" girls naman are bitchy. Yan ang chicka sa famous beauty clinic. All of them daw are pa diva to think na hindi naman sila nagbabayad. Si Anne lang daw ang mabait. And ang pinaka bitchy daw sa lahat is si Belle Daza and next yung Martine Cajucom..

Bago uminit ang discussion here, we can talk about this the whole day pero bottomline is kasalanan ni husband at ni kabit. As an accidental kabit myself, I can say na pwedeng pwede umiwas si Liz kasi nagsasama pa yung couple in one roof. How obvious does it have to be? Hindi naman katulad ko that was kept in the dark. Kahit ba naman sabihin na di na sila in good terms eh? Eh pano nga if the wife is trying to keep the family together? Just stay away from the mess kasi lalong gugulo. And lastly, tumahimik na lang sya. Anong dapat sabihin ng kabit? Wala.

Not changing your opinion if yun naman talaga. Just commenting and discussing Lang tayo here.

Sometimes we tend to think over 100 possibilities. Ikaw narin nag Sabi old story na. So just stick to the sources - we saw an article that Xavi was born Sep. Di ba common sense 9 months ang pregnancy by default. If ever naman premature, which no article or whatsoever have mentioned, it?s out of the ordinary. So common people won?t think na ganun.

Tsaka how premature can Xavi be? Another source (the writer Irish) Sabi Feb daw when she knew about the pregnancy.

In any case, we just stick to what we read and see whether it makes sense or not. We don?t imagine things out of the blue like an immaculate conception.

But I get your point, you just want to be as objective as possible. But this topic Kasi is so sensitive. It?s a daily thing in communities. It?s personal, very personal. No one would want it to happen to anyone, because if it does, one can never be objective.

Tama ka Wala dapat sabihin Ang kabit.

But to your point, we don't know nga anything about their situation. How do WE know nagsasama pa Yung couple in one roof? How do we know that Raymond told Ging ayaw na nya? How do we know that Raymond asked for annulment matagal na? How do we know raymond has NOT been wearing his wedding ring? Yung point ko all this time is we can all speculate but we don't know anything. Andun ka ba at alam mong in one roof or even one bed Yung magasawa?

Like I said. My sympathies are with Ging. As a wife myself I will always want to work issues out with my husband first and foremost. Not giving up. Pero I know if my husband has given up, Wala Nako magagawa kahit anong ipagpilitan ko Ang sarili ko sa taong ayaw sakin, walang mangyayari.

That does not mean Hindi Sila nagmahalan or nagtry. My whole point is NONE OF US KNOW WHAT WENT ON IN THEIR MARRIAGE NOR THE TIMELINE NOR THE PERSPECTOVE OF EACH OTHER OF THE MARRIAGE. My SIL halos idura na sya Ng brother ko because ayaw na Ng bro ko and he wanted a divorce. Pero grabe sige fight and iyak and didn't leave the house (conjugal) and nangbabae na kapatid ko my SIL didn't want to give up for their child. Eventually Wala rin so hiwalay na Sila now and both moved on Naman.

I don't want to speculate nor throw judgment without facts. So why didn't Ging file concubine claim against Liz? Pwede Naman and Xavi is the proof.

And kahit ano pang sabihin natin na kabit or Hindi kumabit si Liz, Isa Lang ang outcome Nyan -- hiwalay si Ging and Raymond. If it were not Liz, maghahanap so Raymond ng iba kahit one night stand because clearly their marriage had rocks to begin with.

Re kabit : let's not get technical anymore but please Google the term. Like I said I'm very serious when it comes to gender-biased language and terms --- we take this stuff seriously where I work and those words are not condoned because they are derogatory for women.

Tinanong ko din mga friends ko, eh lahat naman sila ang intindi ang kabit is a unisex term.

I googled it, and meron pa ngang hit na "lalakeng kabit".

Pwedeng mali kaming lahat. But yan ang intindi namin sa "kabit".

^You're right sis :) hence I said we can DEDUCE that December conceived si Xavi but that is a deduction not a conclusion. Please know the difference.

There are already many false assumptions here that disturb me:

1 - assumed the article would have informed the public if xavi was premature. Don't make that assumption unless it is explicitly stated. Some parents want to keep their information private, etc. It is not anyones obligation to report this. If it is not confirmed nor denied, do not conclude.

2 - assumed that ging and Raymond were in one roof? Did anyone see this? Was anyone here in that house?

i feel for Ging I really really do and I wish this DID NOT HAPPEN. But if Liz were not in the picture, I do not know if there would have been a difference in the outcome (relationship ending). I don't know. It's not a conclusion.

I don't want to argue technicality but what is the translation of Kabit in English? And what is it defined.

Do you know the difference between explicit and implicit?

Kabit is implicitly used for women. Read examples of Kabit in context and majority of it is a woman. :) Hence it makes me sad. And sa guys anong term? Player, Playboy (pag single and unmarried) tapos sa girl pag player na girl "pok-pok" or slut. Pag married kabit and sa guy na married... Like Tony Boy..?

But I digress... Off topic

^Can you show us your source of the definition of kabit in English where it explicitly states that kabit is only for women?

What I am saying is, kasi ang alam ko and alam namin ng mga kakilala ko, and if you google, madaming hits din na pareho ng pagkakaalam namin - na ang kabit ay term na ginagamit namin sa babae o lalake man na pumapatol sa may asawa. Hindi gender-specific. For us, kabit is not implicitly used for women.

According to Wikipedia (oo, alam ko din na anyone can edit Wikipedia),

^ type "what is kabit" on Google and the first five hits refer to a mistress, a kept woman, etc. Including Urban dictionary which basically uses pop culture reference of terms.

Do you know what IMPLICIT means? In some cases the definition does not explicitly say babae Ang kabit but then the examples they give of how the term is used is ALWAYS a babae. Because it is implicitly stated.

Can't believe you really want to pick on this but doesn't take rocket science to read between the lines.

I'm telling you we (me, my friends, people from the Internet, some Girltalkers) don't implicitly use kabit for women. Now if you don't want to accept that, then fine. Tapos ang usapan.

^sorry sis but you, your friends and some girl talkers are what is called anecdotal, a small sampling pool that is NOT representative of the general population. The exception and not the norm.

Pop culture reference is more the norm as it references the masa, the general population. You asked for samples I gave them to you. If you don't want to accept that then tapos ang usapan :)

I also use the term kabit by the way, I am guilty of using the term but I've also learned it's a slang that is derogatory, to hurt someone's feelings. Gretchen haters call her kabit to hurt her, to put her down when in fact she never broke any marriage. The way it's used is just always to imply evil on that person.

I gave you samples too.

Anyway, this is my last post about this.

coming from a hard tagalog speaking town, kabit is a general term we use for both men and women who meddle in married relationships, it was never defined to be just exclusive for women; for us, it?s synonymous to kalaguyo which is applicable to both men/women too...

it becomes complicated when you translate that to english since that?s when gender-specific terms come into play

Ano ng nangyari dito? 😂

Oh I thought I read somewhere that they are still living together in one roof when Liz got involved pero baka mali pagkaintindi ko kasi minsan I just browse the posts kasi mahahaba....lol! What I did to confirm that the athlete and the girl isn't living is one roof is to go to his house. So I am sure after awhile naman sumasama na si Liz sa bahay nung guy? Pag andun gamit ni girl sa bedroom then they are together. There are lots of ways to know. Through friends, social media, Google.
