Hi, anyone here living in one of the new cityland condos? Meron kasing cityland na gagawin sa xavierville and I'm very interested in getting a unit. I'm choosing between this and dmci's infina. My ate actually had a unit in shaw many years ago pero iba na yata ang itsura ng mga cityland ngayon,  and I just want newer feedback in terms of management, the quality of the newer model units/amenities, pricing, usual complaints, etc.

Sa cityland you get what you pay for. Low ceiling siya and maliliit yung units. Sabi ng mga iba na nakabili dun hindi daw maganda pagkakagawa.

I think this is ok kung hindi ka choosy, yung tipong basta meron lang ok na, or kung ipapa rent mo and hindi mo tirahan. Prime locations siya usually so if commuting is a huge factor to you mas convenient ito lalo kung malapit sa place of work.

There is a pre-selling cityland project in Pioneer,  Mandaluyong.  Location is very good since mostly establishments sa area.  Turnover date is 2023. Im also thinking dmci, however,  my issue is the location.

^True. Kung hindi pa nagkaroon ng infina (other possible choice was orabella), baka hindi rin ako kumukha sa dmci kahit na maganda yung units/facilities because of their locations.

Anyway, can anyone refer me to an agent for cityland katipunan who can entertain inquiries? Asking for a friend.

I wanna get a unit also ang ganda kasi ng location nga. I plan to rent out sana. Medj nakaka discourage naman un "panget gawa" and low ceiling. Shempre kahit ipaparenta, it is still gonna be mine. I have to make more research then.

IMO in terms of yung quality nung actual unit mismo, Id still pick cityland over smdc. Ang dating kasi sa akin ng cityland is definitely theyre not the best looking but theyre one of the most affordable and I think medyo reliable naman sila, plus the locations are okay naman. We had a unit at shaw before, so medyo may experience ako with them and we rarely had any complaints about the unit. But if I had a bit more budget, parang gusto ko sa filinvest. Though I ended up getting infina, kaya lang very high density sya at katabi pa ng school, so im just hoping I dont regret this.

Medyo mataas ang dp ng cityland? Or dahil yong binibigay samin na unit is rfo na? Hindi ko bet ang balcony.
