Legal separation means your marriage is still valid and you are not allowed to marry. Whereas both divorce and annullment, you can. For the children of an anulled marriage- meron lang specific grounds on which they will subsequently become illegitimate after the annulment- one of which is if the children were from a bigamous marriage (5 grounds yata yun I forget the others). Basta tama yung isang sis natin dito, any annullment resulting from psychological incapacity may not affect the status of the children- they will still be considered legitimate.

Meron divorce sa Philippines but under Shariya Law, madami ng nag divorced na muslim women and used their maiden name ulit.

Yung reasoning ni Gretchen matagal na. Lagi niya sinasabi na she's blessed and loved. Mas maswerte pa daw siya kesa sa mga tunay na asawa.Kahit kay Claudine na nakaaaway niya ginamit niya na yan. Tsaka mas madali pasok/labas pinas with your kids, Pag pareho surname/middle name nyo. Walang tanong Tanong.

If you?ve moved on, no issue naman to use both your maiden name or married name. Lahat kasi ng docs mo nasa married name. Hassle palitan. Siguro when I retire nalang haha
