Hello girls,

i was assigned to look for venues for our upcoming team building and i would just like to ask for tips/suggestions/recommendations on accommodations that caters to big groups 15 pax or more.

so if you have any ideas/itenararies on the following:

hotel/accommodation for big groups
games
travel time from makati
budget by commute or with vehicle

your inputs will be greatly appreciated!

I usually suggest La Luz resort in  Laiya San Juan Batangas because of its nice beach, accommodation and great food. I went here 4 times usually for family reunions and friends get together. Marami ang nagteteam building dito my mga team building facilities sila just ask their booking agent. for group of 15-20 pax they have a dorm type room which is 8730 pero room good for 16 pax in excess you have to pay 540. Maximum number of pax is 20 but they have 3 dorm rooms. for me ito na pinakamurang accommodation sa laiya. unfortunately common ang cr pero dont worry the cr is nice and clean. They have a mandatory  food package of 1710 (eat all you can lunch, merienda, dinner and breakfast) The buffet food was the highlight of our stay. Walang tigil sa kakain halos maempacho ka na sa busog hehe. Yung dorm package ang kinuha namin for my friends get together so ang binayad lang namin per head was 2275  (good for 16 pax) Nagrent kami ng van for 8000. umalis kami ng 5am dumating kami ng la luz ng 9am. Nagstay muna kami sa Cabana (its for free & they have beds) kasi 1pm pa ang check in namin. Umalis kami kinabukasan ng 3pm.

Kung budget conscious kayo may day tour package sila . Its 1035 free entrance  used of cabanas and facilities, buffet lunch, buffet pm merienda, welcome drinks, parking) . Natry na namin ito umalis kami ng manila ng 3:00 am dumating kami ng La Luz ng 6am pinapasok naman kami kahit 8am - 5pm ang day tour sched. well siguro dahil pinapalit namin yung pm merienda ng breakfast (additonal 285 per head). Umalis kami ng La luz ng 6pm ang rent ng van was 5000. pwede pa rin kayo magteam building kahit day tour.

Lahat ng kamag anak at friends na dinala ko dito puro first time pero sobra sila nagenjoy at nainlove sa place. Sobrang nagenjoy sila magswimming sa beach at  sobrang natuwa sila sa unlimited food.
