^Ohhh that's tricky, I've tried handling both, parang dun ako sa the one who listens to me and accepts feedback and constructive criticisms. Ang ugali mahirap baguhin, whereas ang skill set maski papano in the long run na-acquire. Sakit sa ulo ng masyado ma-attitude na Employee. Saka parang maski saang aspeto in life, pag pangit ugali mo, olats hehe.

My thoughts too, sis, kaya lang naiisip ko rin, why can't i have both? Haha! Ang busy pa naman namin ngayon, if may time lang, I'd like to dedicate a week sana to mentor her as in from the most basic. Tapos maiisip ko na naman sayang sa oras, kung mas marunong lang sana yung hinire I don't have to take that extra step. Haha, sobrang torn ako!

^^True, to think din na di naman natin dapat responsibility pa turuan sila, dibale isipin mo nalang rewarding afterwards, and we get to evaluate din ourselves in that manner, with how much we learned all throughout these years.

Update : nakiusap si Terminated Employee sa GM namin, naawa naman sakanya, haha so he's back to work effective immediately.

I went to Home Sense to buy better quality bed sheets without breaking the bank. Naalala ko tuloy ang aking ex-friend na binlock ko na rin sa Facebook. If I tell her that, kokontrahin na naman ako nun by saying she's buys her stuff from Goodwill and will make me feel like I wasted my money and that she's better. Sorry, but being cheap is not the same as being a wise spender. If it's in my budget and it's quality, I will buy it. Ka-stress yang mga toxic na taong ganyan na imbis sabihin na, "That's good. I am glad you found a good deal!" Buti na lang wala na sya sa buhay ko!

i think i have a shopping addiction and i need help. I keep looking at my shopping sites, saving things i want.. sometimes i pull the trigger, sometimes i don't. I need to stop, it's driving me crazy. i need a shopping ban. Malapit na wedding namin and dami gastos. I need to be more simple and live simpler. I need to stop my obsessions. I need help.

Ay taxi level na din ang Grab ngayon ah. Natanggi na sa pasahero and nakikipagnegotiate na sa pamasahe haha.

^totoo yan sis kinacancel nila pag may mas pabor na ruta sa kanila at mas malaki ang bayad. Tapos tinataasan ang singil. Once lang ako naggrab at sa grab station sa SM. Ganyan sila kaya minsan angtagal-tagal dumating.

^Daming complaints ngayon maybe dahil wala ng Uber. Hirap talaga kapag namonopolyo na ang serbisyo/negosyo.

^Wala na sis. Ni-acquire na sila ng Grab. Grab and taxi nalang ang choice din. Or jeep, bus, UV. Mas gusto ko pa naman Uber compared sa Grab. Mahal kasi ang Grab saka ang sipag magcancel ng driver nila.
