Tip: Japan Tourist Visa Application THREAD 3

I would like to share my profile when I applied for a tourist visa (2nd time):

Age: 26
Occupation: Engineer in a Petroleum Company; 5 years in the company
ADB: P90k+ (My savings account is 10yrs old)
Countries Visited: Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia
Travel Agency: Reli Tours Megamall
Waiting time: 2 working days
Result: 5 year ME visa

Just a few suggestions:
-Limit your travel duration to 5 days = Less pocket money needed for the trip
-Submit neat and erasure free application form
-Check all supporting documents prior submission
-Apply for the multiple entry visa; Di naman maapektuhan application mo

Yey! Got our visa today nung sat. Pa sana ayun pasuspense tuloy. SE siya and first time namin. Na paranoid ako kung may kulang ba sa finill- up ko pero yun okay naman.

Sayang naman sis, kami din saglit lang doon kasi pinababalik agad si hubby 😄 sabi ko nga sayang pwede sagad kahit 15 days.

^^Nako sis not advisable pag hapit kayo sa oras.. Marami kasing mapupuntahan so mas okay if matagal kayo magstay. Nung first na punta ko ng JP 7 days kami pero sobrang bitin pa. This August naman 6 days lang kami isasabay lang namin sa vacation ng brother ko kasi dun sila didirecho. So ewan ko pa kung anong maiisingit namin sa itinerary haha. Though June pa kami magaapply ng visa just in case SE lang ang igrant, at least aabot pa sa target travel date namin.

^Yes Sis, maski nga 7 days kasama travel sobrang bitin, parang pang Tokyo palang. Masaya sana mga 10-12 days, kaso saming mga OFW next to impossible ata, we have to spend time din with our families syempre tapos may local beach/trips pa. 

Pero will go there for sure, naisip din naman if ever antayin nalang magka baby para makapag Disneyland.

Sisses  i have a few questions lang.. We'll be travelling to tokyo this  may 12 and im currently preparing the requirements for visa application..should i wait for my husband's ITR this april or pwede na kahit last year's ITR..baka kasi masyado na late if mid april pa kami mag-apply? Also, for married couples who applied, did you submit 2 copies of marriage cert or 1 copy is enough? We'll be staying in 2 hotels, metropolitan hotel for the 1st 3 nights and
Disney Ambassador hotel for the next 5 nights..ano dapat ilagay sa form? Yung 2 hotels ba, the 1st or yung saan mas matagal kami mag-stay?

Hi sis kailangan pa ba 2 copies kayo ni hubby ng marriage cert? Yan din concern ko. Pati sa kids. Kung magprovide pa ako marriage certs, itr at bank certs. Ang dami copies. Hehe

1 copy lang ng marriage cert, ITR and bank cert sis   sa kids birth cert lang sinubmit namin..COE tinanggal, di daw kasama sa requirements

I find Japan visa more hassle-free than Korean visa. Pasa lang sa agency and tapos na. Bilis lang din naman ng approval. I highly recommend Reli Tours. Dun ako nagapply twice na. First is single entry lang. then the second was 5yr multiple entry.

for the multiple entry, you've filled up the multiple entry form? i mean you've specifically applied for it?

or you applied at single entry but was granted a multiple entry? thanks

^no, i did not specify that I wanted multiple entry. It was just granted.

thanks! was planning to apply for my 2nd japan visa later this year and thinking if i will specify for a multiple entry or just apply for a single entry.

Kung October ang flight ko, anong month ako dapat kumuha ng Visa?

^Yup just about right. Single entry visas are valid for 3 months so safe na yan

There will be a travel expo this July in SMX MOA.  Discovery travel will have a booth there.  Japan Visa fees will only be 500 pesos during the travel expo & it's valid for 1 year.  You pay for the visa fee there & you have 1 year to submit / apply for a visa.

^When exactly is the travel expo? We're supposed to apply for a visa next week -- June 21 sana kami magsubmit for our August trip. Baka pwede namin to antayin sa July

Also, okay ba ang service ni Discovery? Sa Universal Holidays kasi kami nag process dati and very satisfied ako sa transaction with them so sa kanila ulit sana kami magsasubmit this time. Not sure about Discovery kung okay rin

Girls, I need an advice. I'm currently unemployed (just resigned recently) and I want to get a Japan visa in a few months. By then, I would still be unemployed because I'll be traveling. Has anybody applied for this visa while unemployed? I don't have a business or what dahil kakabalik ko lang ng Pinas. Also not a freelancer, I'm not doing anything right now. In short, bum talaga ako as of now For my status, I'm currently single & I'll be applying for the visa alone. This won't be my first out of the country though, I've been to 50+ countries & I have US & Schengen visas and I have some money naman in my bank accounts . But I don't know kung may edge ba ang lahat ng yun, coz I'm unemployed nga.

 Anyone who had the same case? Nasasayangan kasi ako mag plan ng trip then baka ma-deny lang ako

Question po. This is for my sister. She lives in Singapore and wants to travel to Japan with 2 kids. Medyo madaming req sa SG compared kung dito sa Manila magaapply.  Her husband works in SG but is usually in Tokyo.  If ever ba mag apply sya dito sa Manila and approved... will.she be allowed to fly from SG to Japan? Thanks a lot
