sis @chinablue yan nga problema ko. Saka puro kasi lakaran. May problema kasi sa tuhod si mudra kaya mukhang ang best option sa ngayon ay tour muna. Pero tingnan ko pa rin kasi mahal din ang tour  matinding logistics ito. last year ko pa gusto mag-book for this year's autumn pero hindi ko pa ma-ipush.

Nag-pass na ako ng visa application yesterday sa RAKSO, wala ako ITR at the moment so they told me na mag-pass na lang ng explanation letter. I hope ma-approve or else mayayari ako sa boss ko

If ma-approve naman ako, more than a month ako magstay dun (pilitin ko ng 2 weeks max lang), 1st time ko kung sakali, pa-advise naman po if saan ok kumain or any free activities na pwede gawin on weekends.

^is it for work sis?

I first submitted my application last 10/11 but my 2316 did not have the BIR received stamp so it was not accepted. I tried again last 10/18 and passport is scheduled to be pick up this Friday. The longest week ever! Hayyy

^Yes sis, work related. 1st week of October pinag-a-apply na kasi ako ng visa, eh di naman ganun kadali yun kasi may mga requirements pa sa bank, then hindi naman din agad makukuha. Yung invitation letter ko, from Korea pa so may waiting time din. Hopefully ma-consider ng Korean Embassy ang application ko.

not accepted ng agency o korean embassy? Ex-OFW kasi ako kaya wala talaga ako mapproduce na ITR, last local employment ko was 10yrs ago.

Kelan ka pupunta sis? 1st time mo din sa Korea?

Sis I'm from Cebu so I submitted mine directly in the embassy.  Yes, it would be my first time and I will be travelling alone if ever Nov 21-27. 


I will pick up my passport tomorrow and checked online status is still Application Received.

I tried to check din ang status ng application ko since yesterday, no search data has been found ang result, maybe too early to check pa

^ huh uh huh sis its not approved yet. I checked online and status was still Application Received. Maybe they will update it tomorrow just like my friend's application, she knew that it got approved online the same day she is scheduled to pick up her passport.

Just wanted to mention that I used my payroll account for my bank details, its active since 2013 and I am not using it for my savings and walang laman so I deposited 30K twice last Sept 19 and 20 and then requested for my Bank Cert and Statements Oct 10. Since Sept 19 up to present, I just continued my usual transactions like deposit money and used it for online payments while then keeping 70K intact sa account. So i think hindi red flag ang mag deposit bigla ng malaking amount as long as the account is active.

My other profile: 6 Years na sa current company ko and I travelled once or twice a year in non-visa countries.

Thanks for sharing your profile and yung sa bank account, medyo relieved ako. hehe!

I called Rakso yesterday, hindi kasi ako aware na may ni-note pala yung nagreceive sa documents ko na Oct.25-26 pa pala ipo-process ang visa application ko. Hindi naman diniscuss sa akin, ang diniscuss lang is yung possible extra charges daw, nung tinanong ko para saan, wala naman sya masagot kundi, "just incase" lang daw. Anyway, helpful naman yung nakausap ko ang sya ang nag-explain na may certain number of visa applications lang ang pino-process ang Korean Embassy, so hindi na daw ako umabot for Oct.24, and ang release ng  passport ko is Nov.5 whether approved or rejected.

Thanks sa mga sis na sumagot sa inquiries ko. Travelled to Korea last Oct. 29, I was granted with 5 years multiple entry, gusto ko bumalik uli as in now nahahaha! Ang init satin! Hoarded bb creams and face mask sheets.

First time to apply VISA if ever but using BPI gold. Do I have a chance to be given multiple entry visa if this is my first time to apply and I haven't been to Korea yet? TIA!

^There?s a bigger chance to get approved for multiple entry visa. May mga first timers na nabigyan ng ME meron din hindi. Depende pa din sa other requirements na isa-submit mo at sa consul.

^^My parents and my daughter were given ME visas first trip nila to Korea. Really depends on the submitted requirements and also how big your bank account is

For those with BPI /BDO gold, did you still submit financial docs even though these are already exempted to be submitted?
Also, could you give few tips how much should be in the account to be granted ME?
Is 10-15k per day safe? Or should be higher?

^ sis, im one of those na na-grant ng 5yrs ME, what i did was i submitted those documents na exempted for more chances nga. That time i submitted it, my bank balance is Php93k and ADB is 100k. And i used BDO Gold nga pala.

I also submitted my BPI gold credit card (photocopy) and I was granted with a visa 5 yrs ME. I also submitted the exempted financial documents. It is my first time to Korea. But I have OECD visas: UK, Schengen and Australian. This forum is very helpful for the visa application. Dito ko lang nalaman about the BPI/BDO gold card attachment.

Balak ko din kumuha ng multiple entry visa next year since gold card holder ako sa bdo. Pwede bang printout lang ng statement ang ipass?
