I love Maggie Wilson but I think her statement was done in bad taste. She may have been just expressing her opinion but it's detrimental to another person's feelings and she should have known better.

Ang nakita ko lang kasi yung comment ni Maggie sa IG (photo with Mark Nelson) when she asked was asked about Catriona? Her response was:

Yan nabasa ko kaya nasabi ko na wala naman mali sa sinabi niya. Pero grabe din bashers pati asawa and nanay ni Maggie nadamay na. May nabasa pa ko na comment kaso dummy account lang, di pa daw tanggap ng Consunji clan si Maggie and Connor.

Dito nya nalang ilabas how a beauty queen should take these criticisms. Just work on it, meaning she really needs to workout doubly hard in time for the Ms U pageant. Compare mo naman katawan nya sa mga past Ms U, pangit eh. Pero again it?s just my opinion, like maggie?s Opinion. Kaibahan lang eh Sikat sya. Anything they do, lagi May pintas.

^hey sis wala naman masama may opini?n. Kaso in a position of ?power? or fame, it will be used against you. Cat won so it means she did have an impact on others. Also these judges spend time with the contestants ? they see them multiple times in swimsuits, live and in-person. So it?s not like the title was pulled out of a magic hat.

Honestly I don?t even care I don?t follow pageants I think they are outdated and patriarchal. I don?t even know how this Cat person looks like. I just think that the way Maggie and company said their opinion was in VERY bad taste, and the medium she used pa ? Twitter. Hence the bashing. She totally could have re-worded it like: ?cat was not my top choice for best in swimsuit so I?m surprised about that? ? not an attack on cat, diba?

Think about it too: cat did not choose to win that particular title. It was granted or awarded to her. Bashing in any form is just in bad taste altogether, no one should have to learn how to deal with it. We expect bashing to come from trolls and anonymous folks but celebs kind of should be above that.

She could have kept her opinion to herself and her friends ? what Good did her words do? Absolutely nothing. Kaya nga don?t say it out loud na lang ? parang rotary club guiding principle to ask yourself :

Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?
Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

In this case it failed at least three of the four questions, with the fourth being subjective. Kaya ayan it caused some backlash and brou-ha-ha tuloy. Then, she asks Cat pa to ?control? her fans. It doesn?t work that way and she kind of brought it upon herself. Fans are fans and they will react the way they want.

I sound so preach-y sorry for that but i guess I?m just very disappointed in Maggie Wilson. This was unnecessary lang kasi and she appeared low and cheap even if her opinion might ring true with others.

The way kasi ng pagkaka tweet nila ang pangit kaya masasabi mong may halong intriga. Nakadagdag pa na name calling na pagsabihan ang mga fans sila naman nauna. Fame whore rin to si Maggie Wilson oh ayan nakuha mo. Pati tuloy nanahimik na family nya nadamay. Mayabang din ang dating di naman nya nasungkit un title dati.

Mukhang parehong mayabang yung Maggie and Bea sa mga IG posts nila.  Gagawa sila ng intriga tapos mag papa victim effect. Hindi naman sikat yung Maggie, kung hindi pa sa issue na ito hindi ko siya makikilala even magkasalubong kami sa kalye. Yung Bea todo bantay sa IG niya deleting all the negative comments. Pero sa totoo lang hindi siya maganda, may pagka horsey looking pa nga face niya. Bully siguro itong dalawang ito during their high school days.
