Parang nabasa ko nung nag cancel ako ng flight online (due to schedule change) sabi within 10 days daw ang refund ko through credit card.  Lumagpas ng konti yung sa akin parang inabot ng mga 13 days ata, pero okay na rin I consider that mabilis na din kesa dati na months inaabot.

sa mga nagrefund due to Covid19 case thru BDO cc, gaano katagal bago macredit back? sabi kasi pag BDO daw sobrang tagal at umaabot pa minsan 3 billing cycles. is this true?

may chance ba na pwede mag refund ng travel to taiwan due to ncov scare? alanganin na un sister ko tumuloy, april 15 un flight nila. nag change ng time pero na adjust lang naman ng 5minutes from their original oras.  thank you

^Kung walang travel advisory from the airline regarding flight cancellation most likely walang refund kung kayo mag-initiate ng cancellation.

Sis, naka receive ka na ng email from cebpac? Out of 4 bookings, for 1 lang ako naka receive ng email. More than a month na since nag refund ako. BPI card ginamit ko, pero sabi ni cebpac sa email 2 billing cycles daw aabutin.

Question for everyone: Hindi ba talaga macontact hotline nila? Hayyy..

for me i prefer travel fund kesa refund sa cc knowing na aabutin ng months bago bumalik sa cc ko un pera. at least dito eh real time un pagbalik ng pera kahit nasa travel fund lang, no need for follow up na knowing na their customer service sucks. eh for sure naman pag humupa na tong virus eh mgbbook pa din kame ng flight.

Hi sis, Last year nagbook ako sa cebpac for July travel to Boracay. Since the pandemic, magcancel na kame. We?re just waiting na iannounce ng cebpac na cancel na ang flight namin. Kaso magtransition na NCR sa GCQ, so malamang di na magcancel ang cebpac. Which in turn di na namin marerefund mga tickets namin? Medyo mahal din kase ang rebooking, last time we tried mapapamahal pa kami. Anyone here na may ganitong situation din?

^ I have travel on August with Cebu Pac and most likely hinde tuloy yun, and option is given to us is refund to travel fund or rebook to another date (must pay the fare difference)

Sobrang tagal ng refund ng Cebu Pacific mula sa cancelled flights due to the pandemic. 

Naubos na kalahati ng taon, wala pa rin.

^ aww, our flights in August are officially cancelled, mag 2 weeks na yung notification ni Ceb Pac but I haven't made an action yet, Kung matagal pala refund sa CC, lagay ko na lang siguro sa travel fund kaso may expiration ba to?
si hubby gusto refund sa CC eh kasi malabo naman daw kami makabiyahe,  even the situation gets better by end of this year, hinde pa rin kami gagala baka in 2022 na

May expiration ang travel fund pero I'm not sure if they made any changes because of the pandemic.  Nakapag refund na ko sa kanila back to creditcard inabot lang ng 10 days.  Citibank ang cc ko.

^ swerter mo sis 10 days lang. un iba upon approval ng refund which is naabot ng 1 month, after 3 billing cycle pa papasok sa cc .

2022 na expiration ng travel fund,  im sure ieextend padin nila un. even airasia naka dalawang extension na sila. travel fund talaga first choice ko, ayokong ma stress kaka follow up sa kanila ng refund.
