^Di sya required ilagay. I've flown with them to HK, JP, TW, SG, and ID and never pa ko naglagay ng passport details. Kahit yung family and friends, di ko naman nilalagay passport details and nakakaalis naman kami.

^^If I may add sis, walang asterisk (*) yung fields for passport number and expiration when you book hence it is not required.

Sa service hotline ako madalas magfollow up. Pagnag dial ka piliin mo yung option na ?travelling within 30 days? maski wala kang travel. Pag yung isang option kasi madi-disconnect ka lagi

ETA:  Ambilis na-refund nung charges sa card ko.  My case was for flight times na binago nila, so I opted to just have the amount refunded because I booked with a new airline.  I tried calling the hotline pero dead end lagi, so I lodged a request through my GetGo account.  They replied via e-mail, advising to submit a guest feedback form in CebPac's website.  CebPac replied within 24 hours that the refund process already started when I clicked on the link for that option.  The next day, Paypal e-mailed na may pending refund daw.  24 hours again after, nabalik na sa card.  In fairness to CebPac huh, good job.  Mabilis and di na kelangan dumaan sa tao.

Usually mga ilang months bago mag advise ng flight cancellation ang Cebpac? May flight kami sa Mlbourne sa May pero gusto ko sana palipat sa April pero ayoko mag rebook dahil mahal.

Yung friend ko kasi may April flight sa Melbourne pero nag advise na ng cancellation last month pa. Free rebooking niya. I know medyo impossible 'to but may na experience na ba kayo na hack or tip paano magpa rebook or magpapalit ng flight na waived ang fee? =/

^Biglaan sila mag-advise ng flight change. Nangyari sa amin na nagbook kmi ng March for Aug flight, 3x nagakaroon ng flight change bago yung mismong flight namin. Then yung isa naman na na-book ko 2 days bago yung flight namin dun palang nagkaron ng flight change, sayang kasi nakapagbook na ako ng ibang flight. So iba-iba. Matagal pa naman flight nyo antay-antay ka pa konti.

How to avail Senior citizen discount when booking online? I can't find the option.

For now, it's senior citizen and student discounts are not yet available online. You'll have to book directly at their booking offices.

Nice to know they act fast with refunds.  We are already sad enough as it is that our flight has been cancelled due to the bad weather in aklan.  We will most likely cancel the entire thing since weather isn't getting any better daw.

Yes, meron na matagal na. I booked for my parents trip last 2017 meron ng tab dun para sa Senior Citizen?s discount.

^sa cebupac app parang wala tick box or anything for SC. Also, domestic flights lang ba talaga applicable ang SC discount?

^Not sure with apps pero before nakapagbook ako (using my laptop) ng international flight and may tick box pa para sa senior citizen and tab para i-enter ang SC # but that was back in 2017 pa. Tapos no option for web check in for my parents kasi need pa iconfirm sa check in counter ang SC card nila. Pero now baka automatic na (for both domestic and international since may disclaimer na sila (I pasted it below) regarding SC passengers.

The 20% Senior Citizen discount only applies to base fares on Philippine flights. Please book your Philippine and international flights separately to avail of this discount

ouch!! kainis yang ganyan. ako naman umabot naman sa nag key-in ako ng OTP tapos waiting tapos biglang nag time-out. akala ko hindi pumasok ang payment ko. tapos after few minutes dumating na ang itinerary ko! shookt ako! hahaha

may i just know kung gano sila kabilis magprocess ng refund pag credit card?  is it true na almost 2 months before mabalik sa credit card?

^^Mas mabilis kung ili-link mo cc or debit card mo kay Paypal then pay thru Paypal. I-override niya na ang otp. Derecho na yun sa payment. Tapos remove your card info na lang after.

credit card yan sis?  bakit sakin sabi after 2 cut-offs pa daw ng CC ko before macredit.    buti ka pa.  over the phone ko lang kasi nirequest.  fill-out na lang din sa ko website para sure.  thanks again!
