My very first trip was in a small airplane so the experience wasn't pleasant.  Our recent flight had been quite comfortable. I'd go for cebu pacific again next time for practical reasons.

All our trips outside the country palagi kami cebupac. Never ko pa naexperience na na-delay ang flight, swerte.

2018 - SG, HK
2019 - Osaka, HK

Ang napansin ko lang recently, pag galing sa other country, medyo mahigpit yung nasa check-in counter. First encountered this last June, nung nag Osaka kami. Pinapa weigh na pati hand-carry, binibilang na rin. Then this month lang sa HK, ganon din tinitignan na rin nila yung hand carry. Naghihigpit na sila? Or depende siguro sa employee no, kasi pansin ko hindi kasi pinoy yung mga nasa check-in counter nung times na ni-check mga hand carry namin.

A couple of things I've noticed with CebuPac:

1. If you get the first fight out, always on time.

2. If you get flights that only have 1 RT flight per destination, their always on time.

3. If you get the last flight out, its always delayed.

^No sis, may checked-in baggage kasi kami. Before, yun lang wlni-weigh eh.. not the carry-ons.

Question lang, yung kasama ko is may RT ticket but di nya magagamit yung paalis coz nag-conflict sa sked nya, so nag-book cia ng 1-way ticket paalis, yung pabalik b nya na ticket na nasa 1st ticket nya na RT is pwede pa rin ba nya magamit?

I backread pero wala akong napansin na same scenario.

Any experience in processing refund for changed flight scheds?  Binago kasi nila ang Osaka flight namin and gave us options to rebook/travel fund/refund.  We bought new flights so refund na lang the old one.

^Matagal sila magrefund. Napakabilis na ng 1month sa totoo lang. Not sure kung ganyan pa din sistema nila until now.

Sa service hotline ako madalas magfollow up. Pagnag dial ka piliin mo yung option na ?travelling within 30 days? maski wala kang travel. Pag yung isang option kasi madi-disconnect ka lagi

Hi sissies! Napansin ko na upon booking less than 6 months na lang pala expired na ang passport ng niece ko. Pwede pa din ba lagay same passport number? pa renew sila this month then sa flight namin dala na lang old and new passport pag check-in.

May naka experience po ba sainyo ng same scenario? Thanks!

^Di naman kailangan ilagay yung passport number. You can just leave it blank
