Joining this thread. Ok pa naman yun ref na ginagamit ngayon nga lang mahirap magmaintain old model pa kasi. Definitely will buy new one pag-uwe namin, eyeing on Panasonic, Samsung and Fujidenzo brand. Talaga bang nakakatulong or nakakatipid yun mga inverter tech. na mga appliances?

We got a Panasonic inverter ref, and together with the aircon I can say na malaki yung nabawas as compared nung hindi pa sila napapalitan.  Yung electric bill namin before umaabot ng P5500, ngayon nasa P3800-P4400 na lang.

Update sa thread, ingat muna tayo sa pagbili ng Panasonic items. Ito yung kinuha namin noong May 15, 2018

^sorry to hear that sis :( Same here, I bought Panasonic Inverter (one door only) last April pero once pa lang nagamit kasi wala pang tumitira sa unit pero no idea sa performance pa. I will wait for your review.

^Sis I suggest gamitin mo na. Para kung meron mang mangyari na hindi maganda within warranty pa siya. Sobrang bulok ng after sales ng Panasonic. Ito nga sa kaka-research ko nakita ko yung ka-tie up nila na nag-aasikaso sa palpak ng refrigerator namin. Ito ang mga feedback oh http://repairs.contactnumbersph.com/r-acosta-enterprise/

Ngayon ko lang din nalaman na ang service pala nila lumalabas na outsource ano? Hindi mismo galing sa Panasonic na company. Nakakatunaw talaga ng utak yung nangyayari ngayon sa situation namin. Friday pa last week kami walang malamig na tubig at puro store bought ang pagkain namin kasi hindi naman pwede mag stock ng food.

^yes, mukang outsource nga. Hindi mismo Panasonic. Nagamit ko naman dati pero 5 days nga lang.

Ano bang nangyari sis? sorry to hear about what happened, I feel you ang hirap nga ng walang malamig na tubig.

Pero bakit ganun, maraming good feedback sa Panasonic sa previous thread kaya nga Panasonic brand binili ko. Or baka this year or last year lang talaga nagging outsource yun service nila.

omg sis @swtgrl_bee,   we have the same refrigerator!  ano ba nangyari sis? So far no problems naman yung samin. May 2018 din namin nabili yung samin , we got it for 13k only cash via employee disc ng friend namin, may maliit na dent lang sa likod, yun lang problem niya kaya 13k na lang siya.
no warranty pa naman yung samin kasi nga sale.

We just got ourselves an LG Smart Inverter ref. Kakadeliver lang yesterday. Got it for 17,200 including delivery fee from SM Appliances. So far ok pa naman, kaka on lang namin kagabi.

Sis ficklemind, may I ask gaano katagal lumamig yung Econavi mo from the time na na-on siya? Kasi yung amin 8:18 AM namin turn on today. 5:03 PM na until now hindi pa din malamig yung loob. Normal lang ba ito?

Summary ko nalang yung nangyari sa amin kasi sobrang haba na niya as in... Yung narrative ko sa DTI about 10 pages yun. Font size 12.

Inilaban namin sa DTI yung case namin since nag-final decision si Panasonic na i-void ang warranty kasi hindi namin nailagay ang drain pan (partly mali talaga namin ito) take note sa mga future buyers ng Panasonic. Yung drain pan nila kayo ang magkakabit, Very unusual I know. Ni-report namin ito several times. Walang technician na dumating. Their after sales suck big time. Kaloka for a Japanese brand. Maloloka kayo how they handles complaints. As in, They will hung up on your phone calls. Sobrang stress ang dinulot nito. Nag-aaway na kami ng asawa ko. Yung skin asthma ko umatake na dahil sa stress talaga.

So after mediation sa DTI yung Panasonic pumayag na repair at no cost nalang. Ibang service center ang dumating. Mas knowledgeable sa first one. Mas mababait. Yung first service center (Take note of this R. ACOSTA, akala mo mamamatay tao. Ang yabang sobra. Ang tapang magsalita. Siya pa yung galit sa customer kasi nagpapa-ayos ng ref.) Sa tingin nila factory defect talaga. Kasi may plug or cord doon na hindi tama ang pagkakakabit.

Kahit yung nag-aassist sa SM Fairview Appliance Center yung babae doon na naka-assign sa Panasonic napaka-taray. Tatawagin kang Ma'am with matching irap and pasigaw. Karag karag ko lang kasi anak ko palagi kaya I am acting na okay lang.

So yesterday dumating ang replacement. Ito na after 9 hours hindi pa din lumalamig. Hindi kaya refurbished ito? Normal lang ba sa inverter na talagang 9 hours na walang lamig man lang?

Sobrang sisi na ako bakit kami nag Panasonic.  :'( Nag-rely ako dito sa GT saka sa FB group na IFoodala Foodies. Sa tipidpc at tsikot.com pala hindi din maganda ang review ng Panasonic.

But what can I do suck it up sabi nga nila. Hindi naman kami papayag na 20,000 namin lilipad lang, Pinag-paguran namin yung pera para makabili ng maayos na ref.

^Sorry sa experience mo, bet ko pa naman ang Panasonic dahil Japanese brand nga. Anyway since nilaban mo sa DTI, tama ba ang pagka-intindi ko, ang naging hatol ay replacement? Paano ang warranty nyan? From the day na dumating sayo ang replacement o magbase pa din dun sa naunang ref mo? Hindi mo ba sinubukan na refund na lang, since nakakadala naman yung experience mo.

^Sis refund talaga gusto namin. Kaso yung una nga biruin mo the most that they can do is repair worth 3,000 Pesos. Ma-reinstate daw ang warranty kapag ganun. Kapag nasa katinuan ka ng isip mapapa-isip kanalang talaga kung nasaan ang utak nila.

Ganito ang kwento sa DTI, nilaban namin. Umabot sa first mediation. Paglabas namin ng office kinausap kami ng Panasonic na willing na sila mag repair at no cost. Thursday ang mediation. Monday ni-repair hindi talaga kinaya. Thursday na-approved for replacement. Dumating kahapon. Ito 12 hours ng naka-on. Kahit konting lamig wala talaga.  :'( Yung hatol eh hindi from DTI. Parang nag-usap nalang kami ni Panasonic after ng mediation. Good thing pwede pa ito i-file sa DTI kung hindi ma-materialized ang usapan. Bravo din sa DTI kasi ang bilis ng action nila basta complete ang papers mo. May 3 Rs sila, repair - done, replacement - done, refund ito nalang. Kaso need pa i-file ulit yan.

Yung warranty ng replacement sis simula noong day na dumating ang ref. So kahapon siya sis.

Kung kami talaga refund nalang talaga. Kasi grabe talaga yung naranasan namin dito. I have a gradeschooler na pumapasok sa school na gusto ng cold water. So every meal time bumibili kami ng yelo. Sabi ko nga gagawa talaga ako ng sulat na kahit sa mga future apos ko eh huwag na huwag bumili ng Panasonic appliance. Ito lang yung company na wala akong naramdaman na empathy. Kahit katiting. As in. From promodiser nila until doon sa Vice President nila na nag-void ng warranty namin. Buti nalang din ang nag-file kami ng sa DTI kasi yung nakausap namin sa DTI ang first person na nakausap namin na kahit papaano ay may puso. Hinahanap ko nga contact person ng Panasonic Japan mismo eh. Baka hindi nila alam ito.

Sa August 14, 1 month na kaming walang ref. Grabe.

^I see. Ang hassle pa naman ng walang ref, hindi lang sa drinking water kundi yung mga meat at veggies na pwede mo sanang i-store. Sana ma-refund mo na nga lang, para maka-move on na sa next brand. Sayang ang Panasonic kung ganyan after sales nila.

we purchased hitachi ref last week sa ansons, til now wala pa din. napili kasi namin unit wala stock intay pa namin manggagaling ng sg.  :(

sana wala kami maging problem sa hiatchi ref. malaki din na discount namin sa ansons almost 50k din binigay discount kapag cash payment

Update: Kakatapos lang dito ng sevice center. Guess what? Defective pa din itong brand new replacement namin. Inverter Refrigerator ECONAVI NR-BL268PSPH

Nagdedecide na din ako na huwag ng mag-inverter. Kasi reading back comments and replies from different forums. Mukhang beta tester pa ang inverter technology sa ref. Personally wala pa pala kaming friends and relatives na naka inverter ang ref. Mostly aircon lang.

Tomorrow punta ulit kami sa SM Fairview to shop ng new ref. 1 month and 1 day na kaming processed food ang kinakain. Wala naman kasing malapit na palengke dito sa area namin para bumili ako ng fresh produce sa umaga at lutuin para meal sa maghapon.

So totoo lang sa hassle and all dapat may compensation pa kami. Kaso nasa Pinas pala tayo.   ;D

We use an LG inverter ref. We bought it last year, also at Anson's. No issues so far.
