Another question.. Since Day 2 na yung arrival namin ng madaling araw and the itinerary is -- start late and go to Taipei Zoo after lunch. Mas okay ba na Taipei Zoo yun or mag-CKS Memorial, National Palace, etc na lang kami?

^pwedeng DAY 2: Lunch > MRT to Zhongxiao Fuxing station/transfer to Brown line > MRT to Taipei Zoo station + Maokong Gondola ride (magkatabi lang sila ng zoo) > MRT back to Zhongxiao Fuxing / transfer to Blue line > MRT to Taipei City Hall, walk/shuttle to Taipei 101 > short cab ride to Tonghua Night market (short ride or long walk lang ang distance) OR get back to MRT and go to Ximending station, night market/dinner at Modern Toilet (pili ka between the two)

Day 4: CKS in the morning for pics/guard changing > Yehliu/Shifen/Jiufen (or the other way around: Yeh/Shi/Jiu muna then CKS after before it gets dark.)

^^ Sis baka kulangin oras niyo kung mag CKS National Palace etc kayo sa day 2. Ganyan din iti namin, day 2 we started late kasi puyat sa flight, around 11 AM na kami umalis pero sa Maokong + Ximending lang kami, di na kami nakapag Taipei Zoo. Day 3 Taipei 101, CKS, National Palace Museum around 6 pm na kami natapos kahit around 9 am na kami umalis.

Depende rin siguro sa pace niyo, though.

^ Yun nga sis eh. May kasama kaming 2 bata so inaalam ko talaga kung feasible yung Day 2. Hindi na kami mag-Maokong sis. Taipei Zoo lang kami then Ximending and Modern Toilet. Sabi dito sobrang laki ng Taipei Zoo. Hindi naman namin sya libutin ng bongga. Hehe. Nung nag SG Zoo kami hindi din namin pinilit. Basta makakita yung mga mga bata ng animals and happy na sila, okay na yun.

Malaki taipei zoo sayang naman kung hindi maenjoy ng mga kids.

Day1:
AM:National Palace
PM: Tamsui (Can be skip kung hindi na kaya ng kids)
6PM: Modern Toilet and Ximending Night Market

Day2:Keelung tour( Yehliu, shifen etc)

Day3:
AM:Taipei zoo maokong gondola
3PM: Chiang kai shek(1-2 hrs)
6PM:Taipei 101
7PM: Dinner tonghua market

Hi mga sis, please answer my questions and comment on my draft itinerary below. 2 senior + 2 couples + 2 toddlers kami. We will be going to Taiwan on the end of aug to sept. Target ko kasi relaxed itinerary lang dahil malilikot toddlers plus mahirap na maglakad matagal si mama.

-Maganda ba pumunta sa Taichung sa mga flower farms kahit end of aug?
-Mura at maganda ba mabibili sa Guang Hua Digital Plaza?
-Saan maganda magshop ng mga rubber shoes like Nike, New Balance?
-Ano best night market ilagay ko sa Day 2 and 3? Kung one night market lang ang pupuntahan, ano dapat yun?
-Per area target ko dahil 2 senior + 2 toddlers kasama namin. Convenient na ba itong ginawa ko? Or may suggestion kayo sis to remove or to change?
-Anong mas maganda sa Day 3 namin? A or B?

Day 1: (late start kasi 1am arrival namin) National Taiwan University -> Chang Kai Shek -> Taipei Main Station -> Ximending
Day 2: Jiufen -> Shifen -> Night Market
Day 3:
Option A: High Speed Rail to Taichung -> Zhongshe Flower Field -> Lavender Farm -> Night Market
Option B: Taipei Zoo -> Guang Hua Digital Plaza -> Taipei 101 -> Night Market
Day 4: Mass at Holy Family Catholic Church -> Daan Forest Park -> Janguo Flower Market -> Spa/Massage -> Dinner then go to Airport for 1AM flight

And ayaw mo isama na rin ang Yehliu for Day 2? Mura Klook, and okay naman siya when we tried it (I was with 2 seniors din hehe).

If not, okay ang Shilin since it's the biggest night market. And most popular. Although maganda rin Raohe

Malapit sa Wu Fen Pu din.

Mga sis question. Yung natirang yen ko sana ang gagamitin ko for my trip this friday. Is it better to convert my yen to php then php to twd? Or should I just bring yen to taiwan and have it exchanged there? Which option will bring me more twd for the same amount of yen?

Wala na ba yung e-visa ng taiwan? Pag pinupuntahan page error eh. Sa october kasi yung trip ko so by that time tapos na yung visa free trial nila for Filipinos

I?ll Be in taipei on march 24 for one week. Its my first time to travel solo so Im a bit anxious and excited at the same time. Gusto ko lang mag soul search talaga coz my marriage is falling apart. Pls help me mga sis to design a 7 day itin. Ill be staying in Ximending and would like a relax itin lang to really enjoy the place.

anyway Good Luck sa solo trip mo! kayang kaya mo yan.
I had my 1st ever solo trip sa Taiwan rin last December and nag enjoy ako lalo na sa weather during that time. 3 full days lang ako kaya Taipei lang talaga ako.
Gusto mo bang libutin ang buong Taiwan? kasi for 7 days kaya naman eh.

^ang alam ko ang Taoyuan airport is offering a free day tour for transiting passengers but numbers are limited and it only runs at certain times. Check mo na lang siguro ang kanilang website.

You can also look at Klook for deals sa mga hop on hop off buses in Taipei or mga shuttle buses to Yehliu, Jiufen, Shifen, etc.

HI question po.

we're visiting taiwan this april from april 16 to 21.
we will arrive early morning ng April 16 and plan namin is to go Taichung and stay there for 2 days.

Ano mga transpo from taipei to taichung if madaling araw yun?

these are the place we would like to visit in the area since we will stay na rin dun bago bumalik ulit sa taipei for day3 of our trip.

-       Rainbow Village
-       Lavender Cottage
-       Sea of Flowers in Shinshe (Zhong She / Chung-She flower market)
-       Wuling Farm (pag may time pa)
-       Sun Moon Lake
