Babies due on 2nd QUARTER of 2018 (APRIL, MAY and JUNE)

Wala panng thread for 2nd quarter next year kaya nag create nako.

15 weeks pregnant and due date next year May. Second semester na po

Nireseta sakin ng doctor ko aside from folic acid is ascorbic acid and Non fat milk.

Clueless ako sa brand kung ano dapat since first time mom here.

Please share your experiences mga sis.

Same tayo 15 weeks

Folic, iron and calcium meds ko. Wala akong pinaglihian or morning sickness..constipation lang talaga kalaban ko kahit gallon of water inumin ko.

I'm on 12 weeks and 5 days.
June 3, 2018 ang Expected date of delivery ko.
First Baby ko din.

Folic acid din and caltrate plus ang pinainom sa akin ng OB ko. Pinainom din ako ng OB ko ng Anmum, then nag try ako bumili ng maliit lang, kaso hindi ko kayang inumin yung gatas. second day pinilit kong inumin kaso sinuka ko lang! Kaya tinigil ko. Ok lang naman daw na stop muna maaga pa naman daw pero tuloy ko lang caltrate.

Tapos that week may parang stains ako and bumalik ako sa OB ko. Pinainom ako ng Duphaston for 2 weeks (pampakapit daw yun at medyo pricey siya sis. pero para kay baby walang pricey pricey) napagod si baby sa paglalakad ko kaya tinigil ko muna ang long walks. Babalik ako ulit bukas para magpa transV para mawala na din worry ko.

Hindi pa din ako nag lilihi. Pero nakakaramdam ako ng frequent heart burn (skyflakes lang katapat) tapos constipated din tingin ko ang kalaban ng mga buntis. Sabi ng mga ka-officemate ko. prune juice daw or yung prunes na talaga nakakatulong daw yun.

I'm currently taking multivitamins + non fat milk + Iron, Pinastop na ko ni OB sa folic and pinalitan nya ng IRON (with stool softener beacuse of constipation).

Sis Momolry yung folic ko dati anG brand is Folart /maxifol.

Hi! I'm 19 weeks now. My ob advised me to take Obimin plus (multivitamins), Hemarate FA (iron, folic acid, vitamin B-complex) and Calciumade (calcium, vitamin D + minerals)  I'm also taking Enfamama A+ milk

Oks lang movements ni baby ang saya ko nga ehh kasi first time mom ako. Pero minsan isang part lang yung parang sinisipa niya hehe ang sakit.

Umattend ba kayo ng birthing class mga sis?  Saan ba meron habang maliit pa tyan natin. Attend na tayo ska buy na rin ako ng mga gamit ni baby.

Hi! =) Anyone here who checked Asian Hospital rate? I read somewhere that they have the maternity package but I am not sure if that includes PF and that you have to pay as early as 36th week. Am on my 24th week and OB is still processing her accreditation there kaya wala pa ako makuha info from her.

hi mga sis, nakakaramdam din ba kayo ng pain sa my buto malapit sa singit?

Yes sis. The other day nagpunta ako sa OB ko kasi the whole day masakit sya lalo na pag tumatayo ako para mag cr or kumain. Ako na naglagay sa sarili ko for bed rest kaso ndi sya nawala even the next day. Sabi ng OB ko round ligament pain daw yun, as long as walang pain sa may pwerta. Pero binigyan pa rin nya ako ng gamot. When i checked, relaxant sya ng uterus. After ko magtake nawala na pain. And pinagbawalan na nya ako maglalalakad.
