best skincare / hygiene / beauty advice you give your teen self

If you were to give your teen self a beauty or skin care advice, what would it be?

For me, I would have told my teen self
- not to touch my face ever and not pop pimples ever!
- not to shave UA

How about you? Would be a good list to remember when your daughters become teens.

Find a good dermatologist & ask about Isotretinoin... Use Tretinoin & sunscreen.  Avoid the sun.

Oh my gosh, andami! Haha!

1.) Don't use harsh products, learn about ph levels!

2.) Don't prick your pimples, white heads and black heads.

3.) Don't shave and pluck your UA hair. (thank goodness hinde ako nag deodorant and roll ons)

4.) Don't use foundation/powder/bb creams and lipsticks kung di naman kailangan/or wala naman okasyon.

5.) Less is more sa lahat ng bagay! Skincare, make up, treatments etc.

6.) Live a healthier lifestyle in general (eat healthy foods and exercise more)

7.) Drink LOTS of water.

8.) Use sunscreen.

9.) MOISTURIZE!!!

10.) Sleep as often and as long as you can!!!!

I still actually have to remind myself some of these advices until now lol

1. Always remove your makeup before going to bed.

2. Use sunscreen! SPF is really important to have a healthy skin.

3. Invest in skincare products first before makeup because if you have good skin, you won't even have to use so many makeup.

4. As much as possible, don't touch your face if you haven't wash your hands yet.

5. Exfoliate once a week to remove dead skin cells then use facial mask.

1) never shave your underarm hair
2) use natural deodorant
3) do not use harsh soaps to your face, wash your face only twice (don't overdo it!)
4) apply moisturizer

1. Sana nung high school ka, nagtake ka na agad ng birth control pills para maaga nacontrol acne mo. Ayan tuloy many times ka nabully from high school to college because of your acne-prone face. (I felt so ugly then.)

2. Alagaan mo UA mo. Huwag mo hayaan umitim yan. (Mabuti na lang naglighten na siya nung adult na ako.)

3. Wag mo kagatin kuko mo. (Mannerism ko ito dati.)

Washing your face and keeping it clean is very necessary. This will keep the face glowing. I also found about Cellublue products and their extra resources on the internet that are beneficial to get a healthy skin.
