Someone took picture of our home without our consent

May violation ba ang isang tao if she took a picture of our home from the gate without our consent? Di namann siya pumasok sa loob pero kinunan niya picture mga gamit namin sa labas ng bahay. Pwede ba kasuhan ang tao na yun? I felt violated dahil nawala privacy namin. Alam na tuloy ng iba how to get access sa bahay.Thanks sa payo.

not sure about violations tho.  google maps street view takes pictures from above, side, back and front of the house for all to see, di ba?

Thanks sis the person who took the picture of our house is the street sweeper sa lugar namin. I felt violated when i learned from our staff about it.

^If street sweeper ng subdivision/village, I think it is advisable ireport sa Home Owner's, not only to reprimand the person, but to avoid possible problems to arise. Or have you tried talking that street sweeper? Baka nagandahan lang sa facade ng house nyo? Yan din hirap ngayon na lahat na halos may phone with camera.

took a picture from the gate meaning literally nasa katabi niya yun gate tapos nagpic with her camera facing the inside of your house? Or near the gate lang? Kasi if street sweeper yan tapos literally nasa tabi ng gate niyo, hindi ba trespassing yun kasi ang job ng street sweeper is for public street?

As someone here has suggested best file a report sa village association office ninyo and start taking precautions.  More so if may reports na sa area ninyo na pinapasok ng mga masasamang loob.
