so far, I can tell, this house...I got this through Pagibig, for Php5900 per month for 30 years.  It's located in Sta. Maria Bulacan...alam nyo naman ang mga rent to own, money pit ang mga ito, walang katapusan ang paggawa...kahit kasi ipinagawa na namin siya bago tirhan at nagkaron din kami ng major renovation in 2017, parang di pa din tapos.....

My biggest purchase that U regret, vacant lot at Eagle Ridge Gen Trias . Its been 15 yrs, still a vacant lot, been paying yearly tax and association dues. Tried selling it, no buyer
Its not even an asset, its a liability! 

oh wow! i remember few a year ago, nacoconsider namin kumuha ng 1 foreclosed property dyan. pero nagtataka naman ako ano kayang kaso ng lugar na yan bakit parang hindi puno ng bahay yung area at ang daming foreclosed talaga.

Bought a condo from Amaialand. Ayala nga ang developer but their after sales service sucks! From CTS to DOAS nastress ako. I'm currently paying the monthly amortizations na, kasi naisip ko when I was still paying for the DP, malulugi rin ako if kukunin ko yung nabayad ko kasi hindi naman nila ibibigay ng buo. If my computation is right, minimum of 50k ang mawawala sa akin. I decided to pursue it, kaso nga lang my family are now planning to apply for immigration and sayang kasi hindi naman pwede ibenta yung property at this point according to the bank. depende nalang daw sa usapan namin ng bibili. #wrongmove

May last year ko pa pala ito pinost, pero until now pinoproblema ko pa rin sya. This time yung buyer naman ang issue ko kasi ang sakit nya sa bangs!

^Nabenta ko na sya sis. Nag conditional deed if sale kami muna last year while waiting for the title and tax declaration. Ang problem ko is the buyer kasi wants to name the DOAS to his wife na. CDOS naman is in his father's name. I was told by my uncle na pwede ako mapenalize pag pumirma ko ng DOAS kasi lalabas na double selling ako. I am waiting for my uncle to get me a lawyer palang so di ako sure anong pwdeng gawin para makaproceed kami ni buyer na pareho kaming walang maging problema after ng sale. Nakakapraning na kasi mag 1 year na transaction namin next month, bwiset pa yung napagbentahan ko. Buyer told me wala raw maging issue kasi magiging null and void na ang CDOS once may DOAS na pero di ako naniniwala kasi dapat yun CDOS pa rin ang basis.
