  same sis. i love my bags but there's this one bag na binili ko because of a promo... nagamit ko naman siya and i like it and classic bag naman sya, but i don't LOVE it. gusto ko kasi what i have, i LOVE, para konti lang (Kondo style). And naiisip ko sya i-benta but then since it's a classic, friends told me to keep it na lang.. and like you, ang regret ko is sana jewelry na lang.. been drooling over a bracelet lately.

Coach bag na di ko naman nagagamit. Madalang lang. Sana gold jewelry na lang hehe.. ayoko naman ibenta. Baka ihaggle ako ng todo.. I tried to sell one of my bags sa friends ko pero 50% ang tawad grabe naman yun. Ano ka sineswerte??
ibinibigay ko na sa nanay ko pero di daw sya mahilig sa mamahaling bag.. Eco bag lang daw ok na.. Iba din .. Hehe..

It was actually hubby naman who paid for the purchase, pero nanghihinayang pa rin ako. I have not used it to this day, its still in the box, ribbons and all. Didn't even open it yet.

^sis may i ask what hand bag it is? if it's a rare one, you are holding on to good money. Also, luxury sales are really good in Manila so you're in a great market. Of course that depends on the bag ultimately. Ako personally, takot because of scams and fakes so i don't even want to risk parting with my bags baka malugi lang ako. You can also sell through resellers or personal shoppers but they will ask for commission syempre but that is better than losing money with a bag you don't use. Here in the US where I am, lugi ako ng malaki if i go the reseller route. sa Manila i feel big advantage sa sellers because the market has limited selection of luxury goods.

Iyong membership fee ko rin sa Anytime Fitness sobrang pinagsisihan ko. Wala rin pala ako time pumunta sa gym madalas. Mas prefer ko pa rin mag work out sa bahay.

^^ayan sis if gagamitin mo di na sayang. Isang bag lang regret ko kasi it doesn't hold value as well and di ko sya style talaga. Gusto ko ibenta pero I know di ko na maafford ang ganito soon because of life changes. Try to enjoy your bag sis especially gift sya from your hubby who chose it especially for you!

Bought a condo from Amaialand. Ayala nga ang developer but their after sales service sucks! From CTS to DOAS nastress ako. I'm currently paying the monthly amortizations na, kasi naisip ko when I was still paying for the DP, malulugi rin ako if kukunin ko yung nabayad ko kasi hindi naman nila ibibigay ng buo. If my computation is right, minimum of 50k ang mawawala sa akin. I decided to pursue it, kaso nga lang my family are now planning to apply for immigration and sayang kasi hindi naman pwede ibenta yung property at this point according to the bank. depende nalang daw sa usapan namin ng bibili. #wrongmove
