Yan ang trend ngayon especially sa mga Condo communities dami ng self-service ngayon kesa  sa traditional laundry service. Ganito balak ko in 2 yrs time upon my retirement at 95% na akong sure ako sa ganitong business na papasukin.

HM initial capital nito lets say start sa 3 washers and 3 dryers? and yung ROI nya ba eh okay? Dito sa place namin sa Marikina halos lahat ng street meron and parang internet shop na rin sya pababaan ng presyo

Hi sis iampennylane we got our washers for70k each and dryers for 90k each both from LG. Truly! Kahit dito sa may Ubelt area ang dami na rin. Our shop is located in Espana near The One yung sa UST. Bawi na namin yung nainvest namin sis

iceylicious kinuha namin contractor si LG na rin para less hassle ang mawawala kasi yung warranty nila if  sa iba mo pinagawa though it's your choice pa rin kung kukuha ka ng sarili mong contractor

sis iampennylane we started with 5 washers and 3 dryers muna sis kasi hindi lahat ng nagpapalaba ay nagpapadry. then eventually after 9 months nung marami na talagang customers especially mga suki na namin, nagadd kaming 2 dryers pa

sis crzysxycl, yes sis first choice namin ang LG. Client kasi ng fiance ko ang LG so ayun nagbigay sila ng proposal namin and from there nagsimula yung business hehe. Hindi na rin kami nagtry maghanap ng ibang brand. What I know lang na brand na kalaban ng LG is speedqueen yata yun.

Hello! I am not familiar with how a laundry business works, so medyo sabaw yung tanong ko  . Kayo rin po ba ang nagpoprovide ng laundry detergent or kanya kanyang dala? Does it come with the overall payment or separate pa ang fee for the detergent if you do provide them?

^Kami sis nag try mag laba malapit sa amin. Nagbebenta sila ng sabon, pero pwede ka naman magdala ng sarili mo.

Mga sis, how much yung water and electricity / LPG bill ninyo if 1700kgs a month?
- if using electric dryer
- if using gas dryer

Based kasi sa nabasa ko sa first thread, php3360 for water then php6000 for gas dryer and php8400 for electric dryer. Tama ba?

Also, what if may urine/mens/vomit yung laundry niya? Or may rags na nagsshed na (nakakasira ng machine)? Do you check it piece by piece before accepting it? Sa coin-operated laundry kasi, kung may 5 na gusto magpalaba, pipila pa sila so you could check and weigh their items, hindi ba hassle on their end?

Tapos if may maglagay naman ng bleach sa washer, kawawa yun next customer na magloload.

Hello, May thread pala nito. Dun sa mga naakapagstart na, advise naman on legal documents?

We're have a location na and signed a contract with the land/building owner. Question is kailangan ko pa ba ng building  permit just for renovation?

If hindi na, I notice na may building permit/ occupational permit requirement sa business permit. Pano yun? Sorry medyo naguguluhan lang ako.

We're planning to get the services of Kyzen laundry shop kasi tapos may package dapat sila na kasama mga permits. Pero kahapon sabi ng kausap namin Mayor's permit lang daw kasama. So ang worry ko is baka yung requirements dun hindi rin nila ilalakad.
