Im not sure kung "nilaglag story" to pero 2 years ago I was reported to HR for "Sexual Harassment" of a fellow female employee.
Just to make things clear: I am not a lesbo or what haha, I have a boyfriend and I am so confident that I am a girl.
Anyway, I have this workmate na single mom, she always dresses provocatively but we are so used to it already. I guess, that's just her fashion style and also I consider her my friend kasi we always eat together. We talk a lot. We laugh and drop jokes with other work mates. Let's call her Ate Gurl.
So there's this single dad as well at the office and i started teasing them, it is noticeable na si Ate Gurl eh bet nya din si single dad. But, si single dad medyo deadma pero nakikiride lang din. I really wanted them together honestly kasi they look good together plus they are both single parents.
Well one time,I poke Ate Girl at the side of her upper butt so halos around waist na..tumingin siya then I was laughing I said si Single dad yun, then nagalit siya sinigawan nya ako tapos she pointed fingers at me while saying "Matagal na ako sayo nagtitimpi sayo!". So tumahimik na ako.
I admitted na mali ko yun I was really naughty that time. I was thinking kasi okay lang yun sakanya since friends kame. So since medyo tense pa yung pangyayare. I decided to shut up and not react nalang, I was planning to give her a letter...
However, she raised this to her Team Lead, the team lead approached me and I said that I dont want to talk about it pa, kasi I was also hurt sa nangyare. I said na pahupain muna yung tension before we talk. Pero yung TL masyadong nagmamadali.. I don't know what he said to Ate girl, pero ayun nga biglang niraise ni ate Gurl sa HR with report na it was Sexual Harassment. I was shookt. lol.
Mas lalong I did not talk to her. I choose to stay silent. I waited for HR to talk to me which they did. The HR was very understanding, she said that she will not put it in my records because she knows that it was clearly a misunderstanding between friends. I admitted that What I did was really unprofessional but I was also hurt because she pointed fingers at me and raised her voice.
HR agreed to take my time. a week after is my birthday na.. so when I came at the office, my station were full of flowers and cake and with a letter. Ate gurl was apologizing for what she did and for making everything a big deal. She said that she was just not herself for the past weeks.
We are still friends until now.

Another one is also a friend of mine at work (or maybe I am the one who thinks though). Let's call her Aunty. haha
I was about to be promoted that time and currently on developmental plan, training for my future tasks.
Aunty always confides to me. She was having family issues. Her husband is cheating and into drugs and they are always fighting. She mentioned that she always does what he asks of her.. and as a friend, I gave her an advice that maybe, she should try to be aggressive at times. To try and lead the family especially now that her husband is an A**hole.
Well, next thing I know, she reported me to our Manager and said that I told her that she has no potential to take lead or whatsoever. It turns out Aunty also wanted to be promoted.
So my manager being fair she asked aunty: "Did she directly say that you are not illegible to be a team lead? to lead a team?" Aunty answered: No.
That's when my manager knew that she's just making stories to make noise or to halter my promotion. Well, ended up her apologizing and me being promoted.
We are all still friends. haha.
