hi mga sis! i have a little concern, actually not really little. kasi si baby ko active sya pero last night and today, hindi ko sya maramdaman. this bothers me a lot. have you had any episodes like this? i am a first time mom so i can't really tell if this is 'normal' or not. help!

^ hi sis. naexperience ko yan. yung usually active sya at a certain time then one day on that same time tahimik si baby. what i did was i took "triggers" to make baby move (kape and something sweet most likely siguro yung naconsume ko). ayun, gumalaw naman sya eventually.

upo ka lang, relax, and then try mo sis "pagalawin". if after a few minutes or an hour (or observe mo pa within the day) after doing your triggers and then wala pa din, punta ka na doctor for your peace of mind. hopefully pahinga mode lang si baby mo dahil sabi mo naman e usually active sya.

dun lang ako sis sa clinic ng ob ko nagpaCAS. sono rin kasi si OB ko kaya meron sila offer ng CAS. nasa 2700 binayaran ko.

naexperience ko din to sis. ang sabi nila kasi minsan nagrerest din talaga si baby. so dont worry much. minsan ginagawa ko din kung gusto ko talaga maramdaman  i drink coffee or eat chocolate after a while papakaactive na siya.

yes mga sis, i ate ice cream and gumalaw nga sya. nakakapanibago lang kasi na hindi nya ako ginising. nagigising ako sa galaw nya lagi at lagi sya nagalaw talaga. ngayon lang sya medjo nagrest. thank you mga sis!

hubby and I had a 3d/4d/5d ultrasound last Monday... ang sakit pala ng ganun.. kasi talagang dinutdot ni ateng sonographer yung tyan ko para pagalawin si baby, or para ipatanggal nya yung kamay at paa niya mula sa mukha, or para humarap sa "camera"... pero after so many attempts, finally pinakita rin ni baby ang mukha nya na halos replica na yata ng mukha ng tatay niya hahaha (pero nakasimangot kasi daw di pa ko kumakain nung time na yun, tsaka siguro kakadutdot ni ate... huhu)... and ayun, finally, clear shot na rin ang gender nya na.... girl sya.. just as we wanted. weeee. puro hiwa talaga e. walang kahit anong nakalawit. ahahaha.

27 weeks today.
2 more weeks  before next checkup....
ilang kembot nalang 3rd tri na tayo mga sis.
ayan na ang mga manas, mas visible na stretchmarks, at mas mabigat na feeling 

nakakaramdam na kayo ng BHCs?

^ congrats sis on your baby girl! CAS naman namin sa Sat, sana clear na rin nun ang gender ni baby.  21 weeks naman ako today. Gusto rin naman magpa-3d4d scan para masilip na mukha ni baby kaso hindi covered ng insurance. hugot nlang sa sariling bulsa siguro, haha! ang cute naman ng mga 3d photos ♥

Hello mga Momshies,

I'm on my 19th week na and we had our monthly check up last monday. Binigyan na kami ni OB ng go signal to have CAS, sa New World ako lagi nirerecommend ni OB kasi laking difference ng price compare sa mga Clinics and Hospitals. CAS is at only 1.5k.

Gusto ni hubby ipa3D na ang CAS namin para daw kitang kita pero my OB suggested na wag muna kasi at this stage daw konti pa lang ang fats ni baby so kapag 8mos na daw mas okay magpa3D.

She prescribed me more vitamins na rin like Iberet Folic and Calciumade. Continue pa rin Obimin Plus.

Sooo mga sis, I had my glucose test and anomaly scan yesterday at 21W2D. Thank God everything is normal and my baby is a GIRL! sooo happy may living doll na kami! ♥

Btw, sino na ang nakapag-start magshop? Can you share your shopping list here, kahit basic lang? Super hirap ako magstart ng list, first baby kasi and we are staying at a studio-type unit kaya I don't want to jam-up the very limited space we have. If may topic na for this, pa-refer na lang. medyo nag-uunti-unti na kami ng shopping, pero mas masaya na ngayon kasi nga naconfirm na namin ang gender. there's a topic here "What to buy for baby" (https://www.femalenetwork.com/girltalk/index.php?topic=268091.420), need mo lang mag backread dun.

but anyway, here's my basic list:

-big items (stroller, crib, beddings, car seat)
-bathing/toiletries (shampoo / soap, bath tub, rubber mat, thermometer, grooming kit, towels, nail clipper/file, nasal aspirator, baby oil, cotton buds, cotton pads/balls)
-clothing (swaddles, lampin, receiving blankets, socks/booties, onesies, tiesides, mittens, bonnets, bibs, burping cloths)
-nursing/feeding (4 or 5oz bottles [different brands], sterilizer, bottle cleaners/brush, bottle drying rack, breast pump, nipple cream / nursing balm)
-diaper (newborn diapers [small packs, different brands], changing pad, diaper rash cream, cotton balls/pads, baby wipes [pag bigger na si baby])

pa-comment nalang batchmates if there's anything I missed. ayoko rin mag-overbuy kasi mabilis lang din naman kalakihan ni baby, and items like breast pump maybe can wait until the need really comes.

hi sis, simula pa lang ng pregnancy ko nakafeel na ko ng soreness sa boobies ko, yun yata naging sign ko na pregnant ako. I'm 20 weeks tomorrow, nung mga 18weeks napansin ko lang na may mga puti puti sa nipples ko and pinaamoy ko kay hubby amoy gatas daw. So last week I showed my OB at this stage daw we are producing colostrum na daw.

Medyo may bad experience kami sa Commonwealth Hospital at FEU kasi kaya hindi na ako nag inquire duon.  I'm still thinking if ok nga ba sa Bernardino in Zabarte kasi yun na lang ang medyo malapit sa amin. Sa ngayon naghahanap naman ako kung saan mas cheaper ang Congenital Anomaly Scan. Bukas mag iinquire ako sa Ace Diagnostics Fairview.

yes sis, esp if baby boy. pero it depends sa clarity ng image sa ultrasound, and depende sa basa ng sonographer.
