during 8w scan: first time we heard the hb. nakalimutan rin namin itanong yung heart rate

during 10w and 12w scan: 172 and 170bpm

during 15w scan: 152bpm

Based on my LMS : 13 Weeks  but based sa Fetal Size - 11Weeks 5 days daw from my TVS.  So due ko ng First week of Feb.

First mom to be here, we waited for this for so long and super excited ang buong clan (both sides FIRST APO)  So praying for a healthy and happy pregnancy. 

I'm taking Folic Acid lang for now but balik kami kay Dra. Jing baka bigyan na ako ng ibang gamot.

Btw, has anyone heard about the effects of ASCORBIC ACID, nakaka-puti "DAW" sa baby if mag drink ka nito. I suffered from Colds last week, and I had a friend who advised me to drink it, I informed my OB naman, ok lang daw (500mg every 12 hrs) but and hindi ko naitanong or verify [textspeak!] sinsabi nilang Whitening Side Effects..

I'm 9weeks+1day. EDD is on late Feb or early March.

I'm still looking for a good OB at St Lukes BGC who accepts Intellicare.

I had a threatened MC (bleeding and cramping) on my 6th week kaya I was ordered to have complete bedrest. Just today, my hubby's colleague had MC at 16weeks. My friends from work also had MC experiences so I'm a bit anxious about my pregnancy.

First ultrasound was at 6wks and the heart rate was 163bpm. Have to take another ultrasound this week to check if everything is okay.

I'm already taking prenatal vitamins. You can get good ones from Healthy Options or GNC.

Just today, my hubby's colleague had MC at 16weeks.

grabe. ang lungkot naman nito. and now i feel so scared and anxious (as I have always been since I got pregnant). dami ko pa naman emotional stress today.

^ thank you sis. so far i'm ok naman, no bleeding or bad pain. may hangover lang ng happenings yesterday so i feel tired and weak now. ang hirap lang din talaga umiwas sa ganitong klaseng stress. so hopefully nothing of the bad kind within the rest of my pregnancy.

Yey! Happy to be on this thread! We're currently on our 13th week and 6th day today! Due date will be on January 28.

This is our second pregnancy. Yung una namin resulted to pre-eclampsia on our 28th (or 27th) week and our baby passed away after 5days due to complications.So super ingat kami ngayon. Am taking a couple of medicines - Mosvit Elite, Calvit, Aspirin (for my pre-eclampsia before), and Utrogestan (pampakapit). Also, our OB found a cyst but she's not yet 100% sure that it's dermoid kaya hindi pa mafinalize kung maooperahan ako ngayong second tri. Hopefully, hindi na kasi we'll be on CS kaya mahirap na yung magkasunod na operation.

Anyway, we're really excited with this baby! We've waited 7 long years sa kanya! Grabeeee! Can't wait!

6 weeks, 6 days today based on 6th-week TVS ultrasound.

Up for urine culture and about 7 or 8 different labtests this week and another TVS on Week 8.
Ang gastos at ang lala. I hate the fasting.

Hello mommies. ☺ I'm on my 8 weeks na and 2nd ultrasound ko sa wednesday. 1st ultrasound ko 5 wks wala pa heartbeat si baby. Kamusta yong morning sickness nyo? Ako all day sickness everyday. 🙁 hindi ako nagsusuka but i feel nauseous all day. Tapos laging antok medyo nahihirapan na ako kasi hindi ako makapasok sa work. Pag hindi kasi ako nakakatulog nahihilo naman ako. Hays. Then sa food laging walang gana. As of now parang wala pa akong gustong kainin. Paunti unti lang nakakain ko. Normal pa ba yon? Feeling ko maselan ang first trimester ko. Godbless sa inyong lahat.

I bled last Friday after BD with hubby. Baby's 10 weeks now. Had to take Duphaston and Tranexamic Acid. May ininject din na nakalimutan ko na kung ano. Was advised to take 3 days of rest and iwas BD muna.

Any sa inyo mga sis na advised of the same?

^ hi sis. my 10w checkup naman was due to cramping. advised ako to take 2x a day duphaston for the next 3 days (was on 1x a day nalang ako dapat that time e), and abstain on any sexual activities, alone or with partner.  doctor advised din na after 12w nalang magtry ng sexual activities.

then my 15w/14w6d checkup 2 weeks ago was actually due to pink discharge dahil nag BD din kami ni hubby a day before (first time we tried after learning we were pregnant). nawala naman yung discharge on that day and wala naman ding pina-take sakin. pero pina-iwas BD nalang rin kami since that day.

kahapon i had my checkup with a new doctor. we're now at 16w5d today (jan11 daw talaga ang due date). so far so good naman, thank God (i was worried nga about the baby because of the emotional stress a few days before). tinanong rin namin if safe kami for BD. sabi ng doctor wala namang proof daw na it causes premature eklavu, pero "it really is prone to bleeding depending on how physical you are".

yes sis, sobrang dami. cbc, tsh, sugar, hemoglobin, rbc etc. kung pwd ko lang ipost dito results hehe.

re sakit ng likod, did your ob prescribe calcium kahit hindi pa tapos ang first tri nyo? binigyan kasi ako ni ob

re anmum or other for pregnancy milk, umiinom ba kayo nito? sobrang sama ng lasa ng plain or vanilla, hindi ko kaya. though masarap ang chocolate flavor. hindi naman daw talaga necessary uminom nito

Sa mga nahihirapan inumin ang Anmum meron pong concentrated ngayon and I think mas cheap sya kasi once a day lang sya iinumin unlike sa powder 2x a day.

Since my first ultrasound, in advice na ako ng OB ko to drink pregnancy milk however up to now (I'm on my 3rd month already), hindi ko padin mainom. I am not a milk drinker even before I got pregnant pero ngayon the mere thought of drinking milk, umiikot na agad sikmura ko.

How about you mommies? May nakaka experience din ba ng ganito sa inyo? Hubby is  worried na hindi ako nakaka inom ng milk for the baby.. 

sis, drink it cold. lagyan mo ng ice. yan ginagawa ko kasi nasusuka talaga ako sa gatas. nakatulog naman na malamig sya. though hindi naman talaga necessary uminom nito kasi may mga supplements naman bigay si ob. andami ko kasing stock bigay ng mama ko, sayang naman kung hindi ko inumin. better tell your ob na hirap kang inumin ito para bigyan ka nya ng ibang options

hindi rin ako advised uminom ng pregnancy milk kasi it will cause additional weight gain. lahat naman ng nutrients sa pregnancy milk e nakukuha na sa supplements.

mga sis, may problema pala ako.

ngayon ko lang narealize na hindi ko pala binanggit sa kahit sinong naging OB ko, LAHAT ng supplements na tinetake ko. (kasi prior to getting pregnant, daily i take 400iu vit E and i take a 1g fish oil alongside a prenatal vitamin that already contains fish oil). can anybody help me? baka lang may contacts kayo sa OBs nyo? pakitanong naman please. huhuhu. i'm beating myself up right now.

Ako umiinom ako ng milk nun. Anmum lang. Pag di kasi ako nakainom parang nasakit ang gilagid ko, parang nag-uugaan mga ngipin ko. Malakas din naman ako sa fruits nun pero iba pa din kapag may milk supplement. Or siguro kung pwede ka mag-add ng calcium intake yun nalang gawin mo. Ask your OB sis kung may maireseta siya. Or di ba may Anmum na choco flavor yun nalang inumin mo.
