Hello to all 2019 brides. Our wedding is still on sept 2019 but we want to plan early since I am overseas. Haha! I am torn between doing a diy wedding and getting an all in one package! huhu. Bf says doing diy is stressful but i am a bit worried if all in one packages are worth it. Any thoughts?

hi sis @nelleiram24 Feb 2019 bride to be here and overseas din. We started planning and booking since May 2017. I suggest na ikaw mamili ng suppliers mo then hire OTD Coordinator para less hassle.

True that a DIY wedding / suppliers is a lot more work, but if you ask me, you have more control over the quality each supplier delivers because they are more focused on their task and specialty.

Wedding packages are for brides on a super tight budget (maybe 150k and under) who won't care about perfection in every little detail, and would be satisfied with just the thought of having everything while staying within their budget, even if these are not the best possible ones. There may be lapses, but you have to be more forgiving-- obviously the coordinators are not experts in P/V or styling or L&S. For individual suppliers, you pay for their talent/ expertise, equipment, and training. For all-in packages, it's more about having everything you need, less focus on quality.

Hi @nelleiram24! I am an overseas bride as well. Hindi kami mag aavail ng all in one package, and we wont DIY din, but we are availing the services of a planner/coordinator. That way, meron kaming say about sa suppliers sa wedding, like kung sinong gusto naming photographer, etc. We consult her pag may doubts and if we need her opinion. So far so good. But I have a friend na nag book ng package sa isang venue where madaming inclusions including photo and video, super stress free sya. Hehe. Minute details na lang fina finalize nya. Like yung gowns, invites. Hope nakatulong!

Hi Sis! I am a Feb 2019 bride, and so far we booked the reception venue, caterer and photographer pa lang. Once you book daw the major suppliers (church, reception and caterer), it will be a lot easier na along the way. Happy preps!

Nahihirapan ako sa florists/stylists. Any recommendations? Tsaka yung sa entourage gowns and suits wala pa din kami. Was eyeing Paolo Blanco pero naghahanap pa ako ng mas mura pa sana.. May mga bad reviews ba kayo sa mga nakuha namin? Except for Hizons ah.. Kasi medyo madami na akong nabasa sa kanila.. Hehe! 😂

Caterer: in-house (i read from fb reviews na masarap naman)
Flowers, Backdrop, Lights and sounds, Emcee, Bubble and Fog Machine, Projector and white screen, presidential table, tiffany chairs & mahogany table, free flowing coffee are all included sa venue.
for me, sobrang sulit na neto plus free accommodation for 15pax.

I heard na okay naman yung Kroo Meals if you are a Tagaytay Bride. But you may also like Boxed Meals PH. Rates nila both range from 150-180/meal
