Fibroadeoma

I had a breast biopsy done last 2nd July 2017 as advised by my Gynecologist. Diagnosis - Right breast mass, FNA cytology: C2 (benign proliferative breast lesion). Smears are consistent with Fibroadeoma.

The Oncologist concluded and advised to have the lump removed under GA.

I was informed that I can wait for the surgery until maximum of a year and the lump may or may not go away. I'm on 90% that I want to undergo surgery (lump currently growing). What do you guys suggest?
