Would you stay or go?
« on: June 28, 2017, 03:47:15 pm »
I just had a deep realization just now. Ewan ko if legit ba tong feeling ko with regards to work. But anyway, please hear me out.

I started doing this last year of November. I was a part time/reliever nurse of a certain company to their client, which is actually a big school here in QC. Since part time lang, I get to choose my schedule or I can just go to work kapag kailangan ng nurse reliever.

Nung summer, after my training since wala naman akong ginagawa and honestly I was job huntingat that time, binigyan ako ng opportunity nung company to be a regular nurse in the school. So ako naman, I accepted it since ang hirap maghanap ng trabaho, maganda incentive, chillax work and may experience naman na ko before as school nurse.

so edi ayun, i started doing the regular duty hours 5 times a week/8 hours pero as reliever parin kasi wala pa naman pasok at that time. Kaso papalapit na ng papalapit yung pasok, actually may pasok na nga pero wala pa rin akong kasiguraduhan if this will be a regular post for me. Kasi as of the moment, reliever pa rin a tag sakin. So, I only get the reliever rate per day.

I am afraid na baka matapos na taon, wala pa rin. sabi nila (nung parang immediate head ko from the company) hinihintay nila yung renewal of contract from the school to them. Ang weird lang kasi may pasok na tapos until now wala pa din.

Sobrang nastress lang ako, kasi wala akong benefits sa reliever rate. Plus ang hirap ko gumalaw kasi nangangapa ako. As in, like wala akong alam because wala akong orientation and all. Buti na lang I get help from the people in school but otherwise lalo na kapag company matters wala akong masagot :( Help?
