Just left hongkong
And to be honest hindi namin nasulit yung stay. Disneyland and The Peak lang napunahan namin kasi medyo hindi explorers mga kasama ko. Hindi sila sanay sa lakaran. And hindi din kasi maganda weather sa hongkong at this time of the year, uulan at iinit.

We stayed around causeway bay area.
Which is far from all the tourist spots. I guess when looking for a place to stay, dapat talaga i-consider yung location. Kasi sa byahe palang at paglalakad nauubos na agad yung oras and magastos din sa pamasahe.

In case anyone would like to know.

May jollibee sa central station, just take exit A. At the same area pwede din magpapalit ng currency sa Worldwide building. Akyat lang sa escalator outside exit A or ask around and look for FRANKIE. Their rates are better than sa airport and causeway bay areas na mababa ang palitan.

Disneyland, yung mickey mouse shaped ice cream can be bought all around disney, may maliliit na ice cream stores there. But the waffle, I believe, ay nasa bukana lang. Get the guides so you?ll know what time yung mga activities.

^Sayang di ninyo nasulit. For me mas masaya talaga lumakad if solo or 2 lang kayo. Kapag more than 3 na kayo mahirap na magplan kasi iba-iba na travel goals ninyo. I want to go back and most likely sa TST kami magstay uli. Napakadali ng buhay sa TST.

Sa HK talaga bawal ang hindi masipag maglakad. Kaya last year kahit kaka 7 lang ng anak ko bilib ako Disneyland palang from opening to closing. Tapos yung ibang days pa namin doon panay lakad in.  Wala kaming stroller at hindi din kami nag-rent doon. Dapat talaga ready sa lakadan. Yung iba nababasa ko naman after ng activity sa araw sa gabi umiinom na agad ng Alaxan forte.  Saka kumain ng saging.

Sis sobrang maulan ba ? Kamusta ang croud sa Disneyland? Aug 20 to 23 kami takot kasi ako baka sobra maulan kaya disney hotel na lang ang binook ko para kahit na maulan madali umuwi . Disadvantage lang ang mahal pa pala peak season pa pala aug 20 akala ko hindi na dahil nasa school na ang mga local kids .

none sis. just take the mtr. Hirap lang if mabibigat luggage nyo baka kasi walang lift sa TST exit

Better na check in muna kayo sa hotel nyo in TST from airport may A21 bus. Yung iba na lang pumunta sa citygate outlet. Mas makaka check kayo ng bargains if walang masyadong intindhin like luggage, pagod ng seniors etc. Mabilis lang naman bumalik sa citygate thru MTR.

hi sis, dito kami nag check in last june, and ito yung ginagawa ng mga tao dun, iniiwan nila sa reception yung mga gamit nila after nila mag check out

Done with our HKG trip, 2 adults and 1 kid- 7/yo.
Thank you so much for this thread, super helpful po ang mga tips..

Trip Report:
Day 1 Sat.
- Arrival 8:10am
-Airport Express to HK then MTR to Central going to TST
-Early check in at Tai Wah guesthouse - nice place inside, nice room and very accommodating si ate jenny, everyday sila nag change ng beddings and towels  (Mirador Mansion)
-Lunch at Cafe de Coral
-Peak Tram / Victoria Peak, Madam Tussauds, Sky 428 (purchased at Klook)
-Clock Tower and watched symphony of lights.
-Dinner at Jollibee TST

Day 2 Sun.
- 10,0000 Buddha
-had ramen for lunch somewhere at yao tong (forgot the name of the resto)
-Nan Lian Garden
-stayed at Festival  Walk in Kowloon Tong and had dinner at Mcdonalds
-Mongkok (bought some pasalubong) and tried [textspeak!] mga food there.

Day 3 Mon.
- Disneyland (purchased at Klook even our lunch and dinner)
-Mongkok again =) grabe ang mura ng price ng Giordano and super sale din ang mga perfumes sa Sasa

Day 4 Tues.
-Early morning gala along TST
-Early check out at 9am but we left our things to the reception area.
-Ngong Ping 360, Tian Tian Buddha, Po Lin Monastery.
-Lunch at Subway then balik to TST -Tai Wah to get our things
-Rode A21 bus to Airport, across Mirador Mansion, near sa Rolex.
-Arrived early around 3pm sa Airport so tambay muna and had our merienda at Mcdonalds.
-6:30 pm scheduled to flight back to Manila kaya lang delayed ang flight so mga 7pm na kami nakaalis.

we are going to HK this coming Oct, nagpareserve na sana ako sa Golden Crown since we stayed here last time kaso fully booked na daw sila.

Can anyone suggest any place na malapit lang sa GC?

^if your after the shopping sis, madaming malls around TST like Harbour City, the onr infront Chungking Mansion and there's one also behind the building of Golden Crown. There's a big park also infront which is called Kowloon Park and its free and maganda. Ingat lang sis since madaming birds dun, malaki chance na maiputan kayo bigla. hehe!
