Hello po sisses! May ilan lang po ako questions and hopefully maanswer nyo po..

We'll be in Hong Kong on Jan 27-30.

1. Can I use my credit card even though it's still in my maiden name? I am already married but I was not able to change the name on my BPI credit card. As much as possible, mas gusto ko sana na credit card ang gamitin sa shopping over HKD.

2. Is it okay to bring PHP rather than USD to exchange sa HKD sa Mirador Mansions? Ayoko na po sana ng hassle na ipachange pa dito ang PHP ko sa USD tapos yun ang dadalhin ko sa HK.

Sis cinammon_swirl, I can only answer question number 2 since I don't own any credit cards.  Yes, PHP to HKD is super okay. Less pa yung conversion rate from PHP to USD to HKD. PHP ang dala ko sa HK then may USD kami na gift sa daughter ko. Pero most of the time PHP to HKD ako sa Best exchange inside Mirador Mansion.

Hi sis ann-ism, same na same tayo ng itinerary hehe.... I have 2 kids, 2 senior citizens naman so goodluck sa mahabang pasensya hahaha!

Anyways, I only found out now na closed pala for renovation ang Avenue of Starts since 2015 pa pala All this time akala ko dun kami makakanood ng Symphony of Lights.  I checked the website and ang best place to watch the lights show in sin TST Promenade.  How is the crowd here?  Keri naman ba mga sisses?

30 ? Check Out; Ngong Ping,CityGate Back to TST to get luggage, Airport

or

28 - Ngong Ping, Citygate, Peak (booked 4PM sked), Star Ferry to TST
29 - Disneyland
30 - Ding Ding Tram from Causeway Bay to Central, Stanley, Back to Central, MTR to TST

Day 2 and 4 lang po yung may difference. Nag hehesitate kasi ako na pagsabayin sa Day 2 ang Ngong Ping at The Peak kasi baka mabitin kami sa shopping sa Citygate at mahuli kami sa schedule sa The Peak. Kung gagawin naman naming Day 4 ang Ngong Ping at Citygate, hassle bitbitin ang luggages kaya plan namin is bumalik ng TST to get the luggages at the hotel.

What time nagoopen and close ang mga money changer shop sa Mirador? TIA.

Sis foxlady, sakto lang ang crowd. Saka parang waley lang siya.  Try niyo pa din para lang malaman niyo and for experience. Sa totoo lang napaka-konti lang ng participants siguro nagtitipid nadin sila. I don't know lang. Compare before na talagang dadayuhin siya. Since may kids ka, pwede mo na din siyang isabay after niyo mag Toys R Us.

Konti ang participants saan sis?  And may bayad ba sa TST Promenade?  Saan banda ang Toys R Us?  Cheaper ba talaga dun compared dito?

^--- Kung manonood lang ng lights show sa labas, walang bayad. Di pa namin na-try manood ng show sa loob.

Ang avenue of the stars ay inilipat nila sa Garden of Stars, malapit sa Chung King Mansion. Wala naman makikita dun.  Madadaanan mo sya without knowing na yun na pala. 

Nasa Harbour City ang Toy's R Us.  Actually, maraming Toy's R Us sa HK, pero malaki yung nasa Harbour City at sa Olympic.  Mura? Di ko alam sure.  Maraming toys? Definitely.

If you're going shopping for the ladies, forget Ladies Market.  Cheap ang nandun at parang Baclaran sa dami ng tourist.  Siguro kung ang bibilhin mo ay mga key chains, HK printed shirts, yes, pwede na sa Ladies Market.  Pero kung ang hanap mo ay Korean shirts and dress, then go to Argyle Center.  It's a whole building dedicated for ladies fashion, without the tourist.  Tipong 168.
Skirts ranges from 25HKD to 50HKD.  Dress for only 45HKD to 80HKD.  At lahat yan ay Korean style.  Ang makakasama mo mag-shop ay mga locals, hindi tourist.

The funniest thing? Nasa Mong Kok din sya at malapit lang sa Ladies Market, which is along Tung Choi Street.  Pero dahil nasa loob ng building, di alam ng mga tourist.

Hello good morning girls.

I will be in HK next week (17-20) together with the hubby and 2 kids (7 y/o and 1 y/o).

Few questions lang:

1. Do i need to buy heattech and bring gloves for them or thick jackets will do?
2. Yung deal sa Klook na meal voucher sa Disneyland, ok lang ba yung 2-in-1 package lang kunin (1 meal and softdrink) or yung 3-in-1 ( 1 meal for lunch, 1 meal for dinner and 1 free lollipop or ice cream). iniisip ko kasi baka sayang lang yung voucher for dinner since hangang 7:30 lang DL. we can eat na siguro outside
3. Sino na naka pag try mag rent ng Sim Card sa Klook (yung 3G/ 4G), worth it ba?

Oks na rin nman sya, tulugan and liguan lang din  nman  tlaga e.

sis foxlady, nakuuu sis, di yan original na itinerary ko, may ikea, ifc and dignding tram pa sana kame after ng the peak.pero di tlaga kaya, kulang sa time and wala na energy  mga kids.

So dapat talaga, allot ng allowance sa time if making the itinerary.

Flexi na lang kame, kung ano lang talaga macover and kayanin, yun lang talaga.

nakapag book n ako sa golden crown, 600 HKD for quadruple room, ang gaganda ng reviews nya, i hope ok talaga sya.
