Hi sissies.

pinipili sana namin cosmic guest house and seasons hotel. any feedback po sknila? ior baka may marecommend po kayo na budget friendly pero malinis po. please pa-advise po.

Also mag-macau tour na din po kami pano po pag ayaw na namin kumuha ng tour guide? ive been to macau last year but this time with my parents na. ayoko na sana magtour guide since madami kami ngayon. hop in hop out lang sana sa mga bus ng hotels. pahingi naman po ako itinerary. saan ako magstart na hotel, ano sasakyan namin going to St. Paul Ruins, Senado Square and etc., and ano po yung bus na naghahatid pabalik sa pier. please pahingi po ng tips. TIA.

^hi sis!

tried staying in cosmic guesthouse around 2015 and our experience is good. everyday nililinis ang room namin. though yung bedsheet and pillowcases is evert 3 days yata pinapalitan, not an issue naman for us kasi sa ibang hostel naman is pinapalitan lang if iba na ang guest. dont expect too much since almost all hostels and even hotels in HK is maliit rooms. may hot (no cold) water din sila na pino-provide, bale may dispenser ng hot water. pwede din magpa-laundry with a fee. basta okay for me ang cosmic and its located in mirador mansion. again, my review is based on my 2015 experience, sis.

😊😊

Mahal food and water.

1. Shamrock hotel - okay location, dinadaanan A21 bus and malapit sa Jordan station. Rates niya is okay sana.

New hotel siya and super comfy and big ng bed. Mga 5-10 mins walk to Yaumatei MTR, same time din ng walk to the A21 bus pickup/drop off point. If we were to go back sa HK will definitely stay again in this hotel. Nearest fast food is Yoshinoya. Love ko talaga yoshinoya stores abroad. Ang laki ng servings nila. Near yung hotel sa shoe street sa Mongkok and night market. Lots of eateries/restaurants around.

^ Magical World of Disney is a 4D/3D museum sis. Iba talaga tickets niya since it's not in DL. Located siya sa TST area then more on taking photos with the characters.

We'll be in HK from Jan 13-16. We're staying 2 nights at Butterfly on Prat; over-night in Disneyland Hotel.

Any advice on proper attire would be appreciated :)

We'll be in HK between Christmas and thru New Year's. I'm bringing lots of layers and at least 1 warm jacket and hats/beanies. I have some heattech tops as well for colder days though forecast is between

There was one year we were in HK over Christmas/New Year and the temp suddenly dropped to 7 degrees, pretty cold. I had to layer up another jacket and leggings under pants for my kids. Forecast could be 10 degrees but realfeel could be much lower!

Hello sisses! I was finally able to buy tickets for our trip on October 30 to Nov. 2, 2018 via PAL. Got it for 6.6k each, roundtrip. ETA HK is 1215pm on October 30 and ETD HK is 1120am on November 2.

Plan ko sana is mag-3D2N in Disney Hollywood Hotel tapos overnight somewhere na malapit sa airport pero may mapapasyalan pa rin. Sny suggestions sisses kung anong magandang unahin? Yung sa disney hotel or yung sa ibang hotel?

Thank you!

Sis barbillie, parang Tagaytay weather ba? I am thinking kasi kung summer vacation (spring sa HK) or sembreak kami pupunta next year.

This year kasi March kami may time na 16 degrees yun temperature. TIA  ;)

Back in October, yes. Tagaytay weather during summer. You can live without a jacket during the day, but light jacket at night (malamig ang simoy ng hangin). :)

We were in HK Dec 15-20. My husband, me and kids ( 5 and 2 yo)

WEATHER: I was consistently monitoring the temp few weeks before our trip. Around 15-19 Cdeg, just brought a couple of long sleeves and sweatshirts thinking I can tolerate the temp since I can brave 3Cdeg in just a long sleeves in the US. Nag-eelectric fan pa nga  at 10Cdeg in the Bay area. But I underestimated the winter in HK. Never expected the windchill. lol.
So ending, bought a couple of winter clothes for me and my 2 kids. Bubble jackets, fleece jackets, bonnets, buti na lang ok price in Giordano and Bossini.Sayang all my winter clothes that I should've brought with me.

ACCOMMODATION: We stayed in Golden Crown. The hostel was ok. They were very accessible! Good good location.
No hassle commuting by bus to/from Airport. Very near din sa MTR stations. As in isang tumbling lang.

ITINERARY: Simple and very light lang our itinerary since we have kids.We woke up around 7-9am.

1st day- Landed HK at 630pm, got the luggage, got the sim from Klook booth. Loaded our octopus cards. Traavel to the city by A21 bus. Checked in in Golden Crown. Left our luggage then had dinner at Cafe de Coral  went back to Golden Crown and called it a day.
2nd day- Ocean Park whole day,go back to GC to rest for an hour and so, then Mongkok Night market t buy konting pasalubong and to had dinner.
3rd day- The Peak, met with Klook tour guide at 11am. Lunch, konting ikot and shop. Then went to CausewayBay, in the Excelsior specifically to buy ng Lord Stowe's egg tart in their coffee shop, had coffee, rest ng konti, cheked out mga shops sa CausewayBay then get back to hostel na.
4th- Disney the whole day. We were there opening pa  lang, so ok magpapapic in the castles, christmas trees and all with less people. At around 1pm, super dami na tao. . We had two 3-1 meal vouchers from Klook and I must say na super sulit. Dagdag na lang konti foods for the kids like mickey jellos, etc. Shopped in Disney stores for toys ng mga bagets. Bubbles and walang kamatayang Lightning mcqueen of my eldest and Princess Belle for my youngest.
We did not wait for the fireworks since we were tired na and I think quota na sa happiness mga kiddos. And Ive seen Disney fireworks na rin naman a few years back.so no biggie na.
5th: Disney pa rin. We had 2 day ticket. We  had a character dining breakfast in Enchanted garden inside the DL Hotel. So breakfast muna, the photo ops with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto :)
The kids had soo much fun maka interact disney characters while eating Mickey waffles. Then DL whole day again. The kids requested for another Lion King show. 2 days in a row na!Shop, eat and stroll stroll, ice creams, popcorns, rides. We did not see the fireworks again. Around 7pm rin when we left DL. Super sulit and naenjoy na nila 2day Disney experience.
6th: Woke up around 9am, Checked out, left the luggages in GC muna, brunch in Tsui Wah, then went to Harbour City to visit Toys R Us store, bought toys for the kids and some christmas gifts to inaanaks, had ice cream in Haagen Dazs. Last minute shopping some pasalubongs and cookies in TST. Got the luggage and head to airport  via A21 bus.

FOOD TRIP:

Breakfast: It depends on our itinerary,We tried Mcdonalds in the morning, then some  egg tarts and coffee in the hostel na lang before we leave the guesthouse if we need to start our day early.

Lunch: Kung saan abutin. Had lunch in Oceanpark (beef noodles), Bubbagump ( The peak), DL ( mga fastfood dun using DL meal vouchers), and brunch at Tsui Wah
Diinner: Ganun din kung nsan kame. Tried Dimdimsum dimsum in Mongkok, Dinner in Disney. etc
