^ For the best rate sis mas okay kung sa Hong Kong na mismo magpapalit ng money specifically sa mga money changers sa Chungking Mansions. Exchange a few pesos sa Pinas para may pambili ng octopus card, etc then the rest pagdating niyo na sa HK.

Wow ngayon ko lang nalaman may lucas papaw pala sa HK.  Lagi ko kasi nakikita to sa bag raid ni darla.  For sure bibili ako,  dami nyang gamit.  Nabibili rin sa HK yong Rohto na eye drops gamit din ng celebrities pawala ng strain sa eyes. Sobrang mura rin ng Elizabeth Arden sa HK, mga 700 pesos lang laging naka sale sa SaSa,  e dito mga 2,700 din yon.

Just wanna share some details on our Macau-HK trip last week.

Macau - We used our HK dollars. HK dollars din naman sinusukli samin. We stayed in Countdown Hotel (COD). The view from our room is the Venetian. We arrived in Macau at past 9:30 pm na. Wala na yung shuttle ng COD so dun kami sumakay sa shuttle ng Venetian. Then tawid na lang. Wala din kami ginastos sa traspo. We utilized mga free shuttle. COD has free shuttle papuntang Lisboa. Lakad na lang to Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul. Masarap egg tart sa Koi Kei.

HK:

1. Forex - we had some money exchanged sa Market Market (beside Mercury). Mejo mataas ang rates but pwede na para hindi na dumayo sa Chungking para magpapalit. Yung pinaka OK na rate we saw in Chungking Mansion are the same sa BDO forex sa NAIA T3 departure. So pwede dito na lang magpapalit. If you have an account sa BDO, call them to ask if they sell HK dollars. Sila may pinakamababang rates sa local banks natin dito.

2. I bought all out attraction tickets in klook. Every now and then may promo si Klook. Just follow them jn FB for updates. Super hassle free. Helpful yung ticket nila sa The Peak kasi you'll skip the long line talaga. No need to print the vouchers as well. Just show your phone and sila na bahala magscan ng QR code.

3. Weather reports of course are not 100% accurate so if you'll go there na mainit, better bring light jackets pa rin just in case. Signal no 8 on our 4th day buti na lang ang itinerary lang namin that day is to shop in Mongkong. Sad lang kasi sarado halos lahat ng malls, the ladies market and konti lang bukas na shop sa Fa Yuen (sneakers ave) so wala kaming nabili. Wala ding mga bus. MTR is open naman.

4. Super efficient ng public transpo nila. Research lang which station ang malapit sa pupuntahan and you're good to go. Di kami masyadong nagtanong sa mga locals kasi most information are provided sa mga MTR station.

5. We bought sim card sa Chungking for $75 (natawaran namin from $100) unli na sya for 1 week ata. Mahirap din umasa sa free wifi kasi if you travel mahirap mag connect ng mag connect.

6. Pinakamurang kainan sa Disneyland is yung malapit sa Iron Man. Ang laki din ng serving! Hati na kami ng son ko tapos halos di ko naubos yung ulam. Order na lang ng extra rice then good for 2 na yun. Nagkalat din ang water refilling station sa DL. We bought our own bottled water and hindi naman sinita. Not sure if because we have a baby. Helpful and disneyland app so you can check schedule of shows and waiting time. We went on a Friday and walang masyado pila mga rides. Hindi lang namin nasakyan lahat kasi naubos oras namin sa pagpila for photo op for Mickey and Miney. It took us 2 hrs! LOL! If you've never been to Disneyland, don't miss the Lion King show. Walang kwenta yung villain parade. Haha!

7. May sarili ding pila sa tickets si Klook sa Ngong Ping 360. Pero after kumuha ng tickets sama sama na. Mahaba pila for regular cabin pero mabilis naman ang usad. Mas maiksi pila for crystal cabin. Mas mura souvenir items sa Ngong Ping compared sa The Peak (not sure sa ladies market since sarado mga stalls due to typhoon). After Ngong Ping, we went to CityGate na to shop. Mura mga shoes. You can buy old styles na maganda din naman for less than 3k. Newer styles halos same price lang dito satin.

8. If you weren't able to buy souvenir items from Disneyland, may shop sa HK airport right after the immigration. Same price lang mga items.

Medyo nakakahinga ako ng maluwag knowing na madali ang public transport sa hk. Ano kayang helpful apps ang pwede ko i-download aside from klook, mtr, dl app. DL, OP, Ngong Ping and Mongkok area lang siguro kami ng son ko?di makakasama partner ko, sadnu.

^ Yes sis super dali lang magtravel sa HK kaya no need to worry. Aside from those apps, very helpful din yung My Hong Kong Guide - para saken all in one na yan kaya kahit yan lang pwede na, Citymapper - if you want specific app for transport and street map and Open Rice - if you want to look for restaurants in HK. Kelan ang trip niyo sis?

^March pa kami sis pero aaralin ko na ang way ng mas maaga sa pupuntahan namin wala kasi akong sense of direction kaya hirap ako mag-solo travel or magtravel with kid na kami lang 2 huhu. Na-move bakasyon ng partner ko ng May e.

Plan namin bumili ng ticket ng peak sa Golden Grown kasi mas mura siya kaysa sa klook but now im torn kasi nga sa haba ng pila.

Question lang po mga sis na naka experience bumili sa Golden Crown Guest House, pumila parin ba kayo sa the peak or diretso na sa pilahan ng sakayan ng peak tram?

Nagcompare ako ng Klook and Golden Crown tickets (sinet ko ng hkd yung currency sa Klook and nagtry din ako magconvert sa peso), for me same lang sila ng price.

question mga sis yung sister ko kasi hindi pa sya kasal pero mag travel sila with her partner kasama daughter nila sa HK on January, pero yung niece ko hindi surname nung father ang gamit. Magkaka problema ba kami dun?

jhandee Ang importante kasi sa Klook yung QR Code, yun yung i-scan nila. Para safe sis dalhin niyo yung mga importante documents in case hanapin ng immigration officer. Ang tip sa akin wag daw pipila sa babae na IO pero sa babae nga ako natapat. Mas maluwag sila if may bata kasama or travelling with family.

iceylicious Dito na ko nagpapalit sa Sanrys para wala na hassle pagdating sa HK. Pero naubusan din kami ng HKD kaya nagpapalit pa rin ako sa HK sa loob ng Mirador Mansion (Best Exchange)

oolong1 Yung sa Sasa sis authentic ba yung mga perfume? Muntik na rin ako bumili ng mga perfume kasi sobrang mura nga dun pero sabi di daw authentic.

mysterioza_me Sobrang dali lang ng transport system ng HK sis. Actually na-enjoy ko yun pagsakay ng MTR. Madami naman sila signages sa MTR regarding sa station na babaan niyo. Mas mahirap pa magtanong sa locals actually kasi hirap sila makaintindi ng English. Ang nagamit ko lang na apps during our stay in Hong Kong is Google Maps at yung Disneyland Mobile App.

kittypaw Sa Golden Crown sis yung reservation mo lang ang need ng online payment. Yung balance niyo dapat cash basis.
