How do I find posts that violate rules?

Hi! i'm sort of new here. I received a message about quoting long posts this afternoon, mga 2:54PM. Second time ko na 'to so i really want to correct my mistake. The message gave me 48 hours to do so.

I'm trying to find my post na nagviolate ng rule pero I don't know which one and the last post I made was at around 11AM pa and wala naman akong ni-quote na message.

I tried replying to GirlTalk pero di pwede e.

Can anyone help me?
