interested ako  sa business na ito. napansin ko lang every time nag outing/swimming kami minsan halos fully booked ang resort and when i try to compute with their posted rates they must be earning a lot in a month/year kahit weekend lang ang usual booking at paisa isa kapag weekdays. bawi naman sila kapag summer na... kahit weekdays fully booked basta  malinis at reasonably priced at maganda ang landscaping ng place ok na. I hope our sisses who ventured into this kind of business will share the pros and cons sa pag maintain ng business na ito. parang  hindi lang sya in demand  during summer ... all year round yata kasi  naging trend na sa ngayon ang mag rent ng venue for bdays, baptism, debut o weddings at team building. this is one of my dream businesses. i just don't know how much is the starting capital and how much ang magpa design at construct ng swimming pool. yung water consumption ba  na cocover ng income at yung iba pang overhead expeses. i hope may mag share dito.

Subscribing to this thread. I've been scouting for places/private pools for rent din for our family outing and laging fully booked. Kaya naging interested din ako. Kaya lang siyempre mukhang malaking capital ang kelangan and can't afford pa talaga. But hopefully in the future I can also put up one. I've been browsing olx and yung nakita kong pool contractor is nasa P400k to P500k. Don't know lang the specs. for that price.  And of course, may mga maintenance cost pa. Hope may magshare.

Sa province namin patok to, kahit maliit na pool lang, kasi gaya ng mga small reunion, family outing/bonding, mga magbabarkada na ayaw me kasama na iba sa public pool, eto ang kinukuha. I suggest maglagay ka din ng area na pwede mo pa rent ng events para di lang yung pool yung source of income mo, pag december kasi mahina sya eh, so maganda me event?s place ka din
