Anyone have investment in Sunlife who has registered online at the same time? Was the process easy or a hassle? I got a plan from them and wanted to register online para icheck ko na lang yun value instead of always asking the agent. Kaso hindi ako maka-login. Email support is useless, ang tagal. I had to email them stating the same concern because my previous email was ignored for 5 days. I was wondering if others have experienced this or ako lang =(

Frustrating mag-email sa kanila lalo na nung patapos na yung plan ko. Yung feeling na deadma ka nila yearly sa pag-ask mo ng status. Tapos ako pa ang magfollow up dahil late lagi ang billing dahil mas prefer ko  snail mail than email that time tapos tagal din reply sa email. Buti tapos na plan ko pero sa pag claim ng endowment wala naman prob ang bilis although mas maganda personal kang pupunta nga lang.
